Hot tub was great and choosing when to cook at the apt or going out to eat was great. Washer and dryer on site so you don’t have to go to the laundromat. Cute and quaint lil place. We stayed 7 days and it was really close to everything.

Easy, clean stay

Very nice little place to stay in Sarasota. The property is a house with 4 or 5 apartments in it. This particular apartment is two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Could see it feeling a little cramped if one was to do nothing but be in the apartment, but it's Florida so that shouldn't be an issue. Very nice, quiet location. Lots of small streets to walk and a park, restaurants, and ice cream in easy walking distance. Communication with manager was quick. One slight modification to the listing description I might make, it says it comes with your own private hot tub. Yes and no. The hot tub is for any of the apartments in the house to use, so others staying there might be using the hot tub, or in the backyard space while you are in the hot tub. Just a clarification.
