About this property

Awesome home in Kneze

This beautiful holiday home with pool is located almost directly on the pebble beach and is the dream of anyone who wants to spend a summer holiday on the Mediterranean. Terraces surround the tastefully furnished house, in which each bedroom has its own bathroom. In addition to the terrace with a spacious pool, there is also a small annex that functions as a leisure room with a pool table and video games console. Right next to it is the five-person hot tub. Behind the house is the barbecue area where you can prepare your favourite meals. There is a fish restaurant about 50 metres away. We recommend a visit to the town of Korula, where the birthplace of the adventurer Marco Polo is located. Taste the excellent local wines such as Poipa and Dingaa or go on boat trips to the surrounding islands.



Free moorings are available for boats under 8 metres in length.

An idyllic property

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kneza and the villa was just perfect. Plenty of space, well kitted out, lovely pool area and an unbelievable view

Die Kombination Haus und Lage machte unseren Urlaub zu etwas besonderem. 5 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden und 3 gute Restaurants sind fußläufig wirklich schnell erreichbar. Die dort wohnenden Nachbarn sind sehr Freundlich. Jeden Morgen kommt jemand zum reinigen des Pools-Whirlpool und schaut ob alles in Ordnung (eine Nacht starkes Gewitter und Morgens war die Terrasse gleich wieder sauber). Check-In-out verliefen schnell und reibungslos und bei Nachfragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Einzig das der Grill auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist schade aber hat dem schönen Urlaub nicht geschadet. Also absolut empfehlenswert.
