Business and Get Away

This is the private 803 Sq ft apartment on the 2nd level of my historic 99-year-old house. It is a non-shared apartment with its own non shared entrance with self-entry and check out. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There are many modern features including a large desk with a monitor, keyboard and mouse for when you have to get some work done. It is within walking distance of the historic Tennyson Street shops and galleries when you need to get away from it all and relax for some food and drinks. Even some Ice cream and coffee. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bikeable 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park subdivision. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement Park. I have a dog and if you are up for some canine companionship, I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The entrance is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship. There is a large, shared backyard patio and fire pit as well.
There is a larger VRBO 2-bedroom rental in the detached garage on the property if you need more space.

Great place to stay.
Stayed here for 3 nites and the place was clean, easy to access, great location and although I didn’t meet Scott he was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great communication, enjoyable, location perfect, awesome neighborhood, huge TV. We went to the Post Oak BBQ restaurant which was delicious just a short walk away.

Excellent Vrbo In Denver!
I couldn't have asked more from Scott and his place in Denver. Great neighborhood, excellent location with instant access to I-70, and his place is the perfect getaway spot for someone visiting the area. This was my first time visiting Colorado and Scott made things so easy as a host. I'd recommend this place to anyone and rest assured you're in good hands. I also want to thank Eleanor, his dog, and there are always treats on hand to give her. What more can I say. This was the experience of a lifetime and Scott made an out of town guest feel at home.

Location Location Location!
Absolutely amazing place to stay, will definitely stay again next time I'm in the Denver area. There are so many great spots nearby, and it's easy to get downtown as well. The listing is exactly as described, and there were zero surprises. Communication with the owner was amazing, and always available for questions/concerns. One of my favorite parts was the mood lighting and the outdoor balcony. We had breakfast and late night talks out there, and it was both beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a private place that has good amenities. The small kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook meals, pots, pans, toaster, stovetop, oven, utensils, etc. And if you didn't feel like cooking, there were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat close by. Thanks for the quiet, cozy, and amazing stay! :)

In Central Denver in the Berkley Park within very close walking distance to the Tennyson Street shops and galleries. 5 Breweries that make their own beer within walking distance. 3 coffee shops within walking distance. This is the best neighborhood in Denver, I may be biased :)
