Nicely updated home

Though there were some hiccups (keypad entry didn't work but key was available, sink faucet in kitchen needed a new battery pack so we just didnt use the sink but we're instructed on where to find one, there was a roach, owners closet was open so saw personal belongings), host immediately responded to all communications. We appreciated the fan in the master bedroom, quality of beds and linens, location, interior design, and simple check in and out. The neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe. One recommendation - have a printed home guide for things such as thermostat, battery packs, etc.

Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful house with a great layout for our family (5 adults total - 3 college-age children and us). Everything we needed inside and the outside deck was perfect for a small (8-10 people) graduation celebration. It is about 3-4 blocks from the western edge of Southwestern's campus and about 3-4 blocks east of the downtown square, so it is ideally located if you are willing to make a short walk either way. Perfect for us!

Perfect!!

We went for the Two Step Festival. We were within walking distance of the charming square- good eats, good drinks. We were also able to walk just over a mile to the concert. The house itself was clean, great layout, fully stocked, and the patio was great to hang out in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location

The location was perfect for a local wedding. The house was clean, directions presented well, linens and bedding were great. The only weird things were there was no AC in the master, so hot at night, the 2nd bath is right in the living room, so limited privacy and the house sleeps 5 or 6, but only has living room seating for 3. None of those weird things kept us from having a great trip.

Just Like on HGTV...

This home is straight out of a "reveal" on HGTV. The decor is comfortable, yet beautifully appointed. The linens and amenities are exceptional, including a few drinks in the fridge as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. It is also within walking distance to town and has a nice barbecue in the backyard. To top it all off, the owners have high standards but seem relaxed and uncomplicated. They have a well thought out plan for managing the property and it shows.

Perfect House and Location

What a wonderful home. It looks small, but it has plenty of room and the master bedroom/bath is 4-star quality. It had everything you would need and the instructions were perfect. We had a little trouble with the Nest thermostat, but I finally figured it out. The patio was so accommodating with comfortable chairs and tables. The street was quiet and only blocks to the main Georgetown square. You can walk everywhere. We would definitely go back to this perfect home.

Bridal Party Hangout

I rented this house for my daughter and her bridal party for her wedding weekend in Georgetown. The house was the perfect space for the number of girls in the party. The house was clean and decorated so cutely. It was located close to downtown Georgetown, so it made travel to the rehearsal and wedding easy. 10/10 recommend!

Cozy but could use bigger couches for living room only 3 people could sit on loveseat & a chair at a time. If someone lays on loveseat on 2 people could be comfortable in living room area but everything was really great!
