About this property
Apartment Helene EG 35179 - Apartments Engelmann 35107 OG and Helene 35179 EC
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very quiet, yet central. You enter the apartment and get into a hall, from here you get into all rooms. The large living room has an additional sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and an adjoining conservatory. In the kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs and the bedroom has a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) and ample storage space for clothing. For the guests there is a cozy terrace outside and for the younger guests on the property a "small playground" has been created.
Pets on request! A small dog without request for a flat rate of 20,00 EUR allowed.
The apartments are located in the center of Holtland in a small geest village centrally in Ostfriesland. Its central location allows guests to explore inland destinations all the way to the coast in all directions. For active vacationers who enjoy cycling, our cycling region is ideal in a flat and with a well-developed cycle path network (nodal system). Geographically we are between Leer (about 12 km) and Aurich (about 22 km), these are larger shopping cities to stroll and shop. The fully functioning Dutch windmill in Holtland offers on Sundays from May to October in the mill café the possibility of a visit and a view from the mill gallery and a small highlight is the crank ferry, with which one can translate by hand from one bank to another. A river crossing by car is in Loga at the & # 132; Pünte & # 132; possible, this is the oldest, still manually operated inland ferry of Northern Europe. A visit to the water park uses exhibits and information boards to provide information on all aspects of drinking water as well as the history and technology of water supply. Hesel has the largest forest area in East Frisia and invites you to long and relaxing hikes or Walks. In the Heseler forest is u. a. the deserted village of the former Klosters (Heckenanpflanzung as a representation of the former monastery tombs), a forest adventure playground, a tree trail ... A small archaeological exhibition gives impressions about the monastery excavations and about the early settlements, which date back to the 13th century. Century leads back. In the shopping town of Leer should not miss a visit to the old town and the many smaller museums. In the harbor you can see the historic ships or take a harbor cruise. For the East Frisian overall impression you should look in Leer the Leeraner Miniaturland. It shows on 1. 200 m² Ostfriesland, of the inland, coast and the islands, everything in miniature format. Festive highlights are the summer festival on Gut Stikelkamp, the harvest festival (Sept / Oct) in Hesel, the largest fair in Ostfriesland Gallimarkt (mid-Oct) and the Tourenskippertreffen in Leer, ship transfers (two ships per year) of the luxury liner Meyer shipyard , Park of the gardens to visit and / or to events, here and there small museums, etc ....
