Unique townhouse sleeps six people in a privileged situation opposite Palma beach with open views, close to the Cathedral and park. The house has three floors. On the first level is the open plan dining and living room, with the doors opening onto the balcony.

There is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking at home, a bedroom with a traditional double bed, and toilet are therefore found on this floor.

There is a dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

The house has been heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this house you can enjoy Palma at its best; it is just across the road, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical center of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable. The Anima beach club is only 200m and Nassau beach club a short walk away.

Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, to firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Routa Martiana" which happens to be in the area of Plaza Mayor, where all the tapas bars are open for tapas and beer or wine for 2.00 € each.

The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, traveling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

-Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hrs departure at 10:00 hrs. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier / later arrival or departure in the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not possible.

-We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

-There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

-Prices are for this property in Euros.

We ask for your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

-Bookings so taken for December through to March. During the winter months city gas will be charged extra.

-The heating of this property is by gas, the cost is 10 euros per night, so it should not be included on the check out day

From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is 16 years old.
