Welcome to our cozy Baltic Sea holiday home II in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen on the pretty Schwansen peninsula directly on the BALTIC SEE.

Enjoy your vacation on 165 square meters of living space in our newly furnished holiday home and all just 300m from the SANDY BEACH on the BALTIC SEA.

Our comfortably furnished Baltic Sea holiday home II for 2-12 people is only 300m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in a quiet residential street. It was built in solid construction (stone on stone) and has 165sqm of living space over 2 separate apartments (EG=95sqm, OG=65sqm) in a single-family house, which are connected in the hallway. As a rule, our guests book the entire holiday home as a complete residential unit. Our guests particularly appreciate the possibility of retreat when booking with 2 families.

We offer you 5 comfortable bedrooms. 4x with double beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds and an additional sofa bed in the upper living room for 2 people, 2 modern bathrooms with all-glass shower, wall-hung toilet, vanity, washing machine, heated towel rail and free sauna (ground floor), 2 beautiful living rooms with corner couch, Smart -TV, DVD, stereo DVD and large dining table where all 10 guests can eat comfortably.

The two fully equipped fitted kitchens with dishwasher, stove, ceramic hob, oven, stainless steel cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and much more make you want to cook together. The comfortable sofa and the large dining table on the ground floor give you plenty of space to spend your vacation together.

The free WiFi, the SAUNA, fitness equipment, the 5900 sqm playground with climbing swing, garden furniture, beach chair and brick barbecue for sole use, as well as the two free car parking spaces complete the offer perfectly.

We are happy to offer our little guests 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs, a baby swing insert and small board games free of charge.

On request, we are happy to offer you our popular bed service. Then the beds are already made when you arrive and the towels are ready for you, so that your holiday can start stress-free.

Our non-smoking holiday home is modern, very child-friendly, very close to the beach (300m to the SANDY BEACH), ideal for 2 families and can be booked all year round.
Pets are welcome to travel with you on request.

Mit neun Personen und einem Hund

Das Haus in Schönhagen befindet sich sehr nah an der Ostsee und der Strand ist für Mensch und Tier traumhaft. Die Reservierung und Schlüssel Übergabe lief ohne Probleme. Die Küche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, allerdings ist der Kühlschrank für größere Gruppen zu klein und der im ersten Etage war leider defekt gewesen. Aber das Wetter hat somit draußen alle kühlen können. Die Sauna ist in Ordnung und man kann sehr gut darin entspannen.

Schöne Aufteilung in zwei sep. Wohnungen, gute Ausstattung und durchdachte Aufteilung. Grill, Sauna, Waschmaschinen, Spülmaschinen uvm Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. - klare Empfehlung!

Viel Potenzial - viele Mängel

Alles in allem ist es ein schön gelegenes Objekt mit viel Potenzial. Dafür sollte jedoch einiges verändert und verbessert werden. Im Laufe der Woche summierten sich viele Mängel auf: - fehlende Außenbeleuchtung am Haus (Grillbereich draußen nur mit viel Improvisation zu nutzen und Türcode nur schwer einzugeben) - in keinem der beiden Bäder Seife und Klopapier, keine Küchenrolle, keine Kaffeebohnenmaschine (obwohl alles im Inserat angegeben) - extrem durchgelegene Matrazen mit deutlichen Liegeabdrücken, teilweise Schimmel darunter - ein durchgebrochener Lattenrost mit Hilfskonstruktion eines umgedrehten Eimers mit straff gestapelten Kissen. Nach entsprechender Meldung bei der Vermieterin verwies diese auf den zusätzlichen Schlafplatz im oberen Wohnzimmer. - oberes Wohnzimmer dadurch für uns nun nicht mehr wirklich nutzbar, da es als Schlafbereich diente (Teenagerin ohne Privatsphäre) - keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im oberen Wohnzimmer (Ersatzschlafzimmer) sowie im Bad oben (direkter Blick von der Dusche in Zimmer des Nachbarhauses) - Küchenausstattung für große Gruppen nicht ausreichend (wurde während des Aufenthalts nachgebessert) - Geschirr und Besteck nicht richtig sauber - Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht ordentlich (Kabelbinder um Wasserrad im Geschirrspüler) - Staubsaugerbeutel übervoll und starker Hundegeruch - kein Besen - leere Batterie in Uhr - veraltete und unsortierte Gästemappe - feuchte und riechende Handtücher in einer der beiden Waschmaschienen bei Anreise

Nettes Haus mit Platz

Das Haus ist angemessen eingerichtet. Es hat ein bisschen den Buchen-Charme in der Ausrichtung und die Geräte sind nicht die Neuesten, aber die Lage ist fantastisch und man hat genug Platz. Der Rasen war leider so hoch, dass die Kids kaum draußen spielen konnten, der Gärtner kam aber nach zwei Tagen und hat gemäht.
