The living and family areas provide sliding glass doors to the screened lanai, wood-like flooring, volume ceilings, and tons of windows that bring in the natural light one would want. Amazing kitchen has a large breakfast bar, built-in shelves, stainless perfect open concept for entertaining and enjoying your friends and family. The expansive master bedroom has sliders to the lanai, tray ceiling, tile flooring, an en-suite with dual sinks, enclosed water closet and glass framed shower. Multiple bunk bed setups allows guests plenty of sleeping setups and also for the privacy one may desire! Flat screen televisions provided in all bedrooms. House comes equipped also with a playpen, baby beach seat, and baby beach tent.

Spacious Marco Home for Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at 217 Castaway. We had 2 families there (4 adults and 4 kids, 8 total). The set up w/ 2 rooms with kings is awesome for adults; also the beds were very comfortable. The other two rooms have 6 beds (2 bunks in one room and then a full with a trundle in other room). The seating around the tv has a lot of space and the kitchen barstools can pivot for tv/family room or for chatting in kitchen. The house is fully stocked with beach & pool items (chairs, towels, wagon, floats). It's .9 mile walk to the Marco Beach public entrance. We dropped the kids off and an adult walked...that worked out well. There are restaurants very close to walk to. The house was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The pool was great for afternoon swims and was heated. The pool gets sun until late afternoon and then shade is welcomed. I would highly recommend this home and Marco Island. We love Spring Breaks there because it's family oriented, not crowded, and warm in early April. I would stay here again.

Wonderful week in Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely family holiday in the beautiful house. The house is furnished to a very high standard and very well equipped. The pool was a massive hit with both adults and children. Lots of chairs and other beach equipment was an added bonus. Some really good restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Great Stay!

The rooms were perfect for our group of 2 sets of parents and our combined 5 kids,10 and under. So much space! The open concept made it easy for us to enjoy cooking meals and playing games. The linens were clean, the kitchen was spotless. We really enjoyed this home. They had a wagon, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach which was REALLY nice. Overall really great stay and we'd do it again in the future! Thank you Harborview Rentals!
