Lovely Marco Island Home On The Water With Pool - Sleeps 10
Welcome to our fully furnished and spacious Marco Island home! Our kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate you and your family. Entertaining is easy with the open floor plan and large screened lanai with private heated pool. Decorated with lovely furnishings and four flat screen televisions, our home can be your home. We are minutes from the beautiful Marco beaches, shops, restaurants, and not to forget, the ice cream parlor! Relax at the pool or on the dock and enjoy the water view.
Our home has a master suite with king size bed, walk-through his and her showers, and separate bathtub. Second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The den has a desk and a built-in Murphy bed, so our home can easily accommodate a large family or many friends.
We have six bicycles and several fishing poles, as well as beach chairs and gear, all available to help make your stay enjoyable! (Please note that the bicycles and fishing poles are very popular with our guests. We strive to always have them in working order, but we cannot guarantee they always will be.)
(Please know that our home accommodates up to a MAXIMUM of 10 persons. This includes all children.)
**Please know that you will be asked to supply your home address to the owner to finalize a reservation. (VRBO now requires the owners to ask the guests directly for this information.)

Why they chose this property
We love the neighborhood because it is on a quiet street and off the busy path. We can enjoy walks and bicycle rides around the neighborhood and often can see the burrowing owls on their perches. We also have the nice water view.
What makes this property unique
Our home is an open layout, great for families, with beautiful views from different vantage points in the home. You walk in and can immediately see the pool and the canal!
