Nice property that was close to many things we wanted to visit and see. Parking was a bit tight to get into the fenced lot but was available for added security for our vehicle.

It was in a great location and easy check in process. The bed was a bit firm for my liking and the kitchen sink had low water pressure. It also doesn't seem to get very cool. Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. I would recommend this place to others.

Our stay was great for my family. Location was perfect, able to walk to restaurants and close to places we wanted to go! Definitely worth getting the gated parking for your stay. The apartment could’ve used a better cleaning before our stay, (cobwebs on string lights in living room, dust above fridge/microwave and toilets needed cleaned better) but nothing that turned us away from our stay!

The check in was very easy and the parking was secure and very convenient. Great location and lots to do within walking distance! The area seemed safe and was good for dog walking; will definitely stay here again if we need another St. Louis stop!

The area seemed especially safe compared to other parts of the city. We loved the room and how quiet the building was. The host was responsive! I recommend paying the extra for the parking. You have an assigned spot and it is gated. If we come back to the city we would stay here again.

I was very impressed with my stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking felt safe and secure, which was a big plus. Brandon was a great host, and I will definitely be looking to stay in his properties again whenever I’m in St. Louis.

My family and I came into town for doctors appointments at Children's Hospital. Overall everything was nice. I wrote out some pros and cons. If you're like me, I want to know the little things about rentals! Pros and cons- Decent location, close to plenty of things to do/places to eat. Great parking we utilized the free parking right out front. modern/industrial interior. Relatively clean, could use a deep clean. Everything was covered in a thin layer of dust. Furniture could use some updating. Chair was a bit torn up. Coffee table flips VERY easily. If you plan on cooking, bring supplies. It lacks anything outside of basic pot and pan (owner was very nice and offered to bring us a muffin pan but we just purchased one at a nearby store) Bar directly across the street. Only had one issue our last night with someone BLARRING music from their car right outside of our window. Would be nice to have a few blackout shades at least in the bedrooms but the current light filtering ones werent too terrible.Check in/out was easy and quick. Overall we'd stay here again!
