The house is regularly renovated and lovingly maintained. It is bright and not visible from other neighbors.
You have your own boat mooring right at the house.

The holiday island is about 2 acres and is located directly in the lake 'Groote Vliet'. You reach the island via a bridge.

The house is furnished with all the utensils you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable furniture, sophisticated kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms, bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower. In addition, you have a second bathroom, which is equipped with shower, sink and toilet.

You have an utility room with washing machine adjacent to the second bathroom for exclusive use.

The entire house has underfloor heating and is therefore pleasant to use all year round. The outdoor area offers all possibilities for recreation. You can sit on the dock, in the garden or in the entrance area. Everywhere you will find rest oases and upholstered seating.

The bedrooms are small and well thought out. One bedroom has a queen size bed 140cm wide and the other bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed. In the bedroom with the larger bed you will also find a small desk.

The open L-kitchen which makes every hobby cook's heart beat faster - all furnishing items available.
Spacious - cozy dining area

The living room with cozy couches and flat screen TV with German TV program invites you to relax. Thoughtful floor plan that gives you a huge sense of space. Sliding doors lead to the passage on the terrace.

Please note that parts of the holiday home are lower than new build houses. In some places the ceiling height is only 2 m. But there are no restrictions in the bathroom for tall people.
