About this property

The 3 *** apartment No. 5 (as well as No. 7 and No. 13) is comfortable, qualified for allergy sufferers and equipped with WiFi connection. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames and back-friendly comfort mattresses), bathroom with window and living room with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, etc.) from which you can access the sunny balcony. In the living room there is a double sofa bed with a continuous mattress, internet access via W-LAN, DVD player and cable TV. 1 car parking space, 1 bicycle garage, 1 lawn and playground equipment are at the house. E-bikes can be charged electrically overnight in our lockable bike garage. Shops are nearby (slippers), 1 bus stop to the Ostland or The port is at the house in Hindenburgstrasse. The coin-operated washing machine and dryer are in the common cellar. The final cleaning is € 50. Bed linen and towels are available for a small rental fee. Borkum is an island with an oceanic climate, which offers many sports and leisure activities, such as horse riding, surfing, beach sailing, kiting, swimming and splashing in the leisure pool, children's play house, concerts and the like. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich mit hellen Holzmöbeln eingerichtet und alle wichtigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspülmaschine. Auch Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend da, sogar schöne Weingläser. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß und das ganze Gepäck passt rein. Es gibt einen schönen, windgeschützten Balkon, auf dem sehr schön die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne steht. Die Lage zum Ort ist ideal, ein Supermarkt und zwei Fahrradverleiher sind direkt nebenan. Von der Wohnung aus ist Autofahren erlaubt, z.B. zum Ostland. Zum Strand und Café Sturmeck ist es auch zu Fuß nicht weit. Eine Wohnung ideal für zwei Personen.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung

Das Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal. Die ruhige Lage hat für einen erholsamen Urlaub gesorgt. Der Südbalkon war in dieser Jahreszeit super. Eine Markise wäre aber bestimmt sinnvoll. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub erlebt.

Borkum können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Eine interessante Insel mit vielen lieben Bewohnern.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen absolut ideal.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küche hat eine topmäßige Ausstattung (Geschirr ohne Ende, Gewürze, Spüli, Putzmittel) - es fehlte nichts. Im Bett haben wir super geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Den schönen Balkon haben wir zu 90% benutzen können, da wir traumhaftes Wetter hatten. Alles war super. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Centrum und auch zum Strand und sehr ruhige Gegend. Wenn nochmal Borkum, dann in dieser Wohnung!!! Danke für die schöne Woche

Zentrale gelegene, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit guter Ausstattung. Leider kein schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Auch die Sonne beim Frühstück fehlte ganz. Dafür hatten wir alles was man im Urlaub so benötigt in genügender Auswahl vorgefunden. Die Insel gefiel uns sehr gut. Jeden Tag haben wir den Sonnenuntergang von der Promenade aus wirken lassen. Dabei ein Glas Wein, welchen wir als Begrüßung vom Vermieter erhalten hatten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Gruß aus Stade an der Elbe Heike + Michael
