It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames and back-friendly comfort mattresses), bathroom with window and living room with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, etc.) from which you can access the sunny balcony. In the living room there is a double sofa bed with a continuous mattress, internet access via W-LAN, DVD player and cable TV. 1 car parking space, 1 bicycle garage, 1 lawn and playground equipment are at the house. E-bikes can be charged electrically overnight in our lockable bike garage. Shops are nearby (slippers), 1 bus stop to the Ostland or The port is at the house in Hindenburgstrasse. The coin-operated washing machine and dryer are in the common cellar. The final cleaning is € 50. Bed linen and towels are available for a small rental fee.
