Charcoal grill out back. Pack and Play and highchair; use at own risk and bring a sheet. Beach gear including chairs, sand toys, giant Jenga. LINENS INCLUDED. A block away you'll enjoy delicious eateries: Rita's Ice, Grotto Pizza, DiFebo Italian Restaurant, Wawa, Sushi, Beer/Wine Store, Off the Hook Seafood, and more!

This home is in the perfect location for families -- quiet cul de sac with access to pool and tennis courts, a quick walk to lots of restaurants, and, most importantly, Rita's Ice! Getting down to the beach and boardwalk is easy with the resident's parking permit, facilitating quick visits in case you need to be home by nap time or for round 2 at the Pool!

What makes this property unique

Pool is steps away (parental supervision required, fenced and always locked), around the corner to lots of great food spots, in a quiet community. Close to everything, but don't feel the crowds once you step into the community.
