Owner managed and built in 2005, our 6th floor west end luxury beach condo has 9 ft ceilings, 1950 sq ft living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 802 sq ft wraparound balcony. The balcony is one of the largest on the beach and has the most beautiful view from the west end of the building. The balcony provides awesome viewing of the sunset in the Gulf, marine life viewing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish.

Our luxury condo is professionally decorated and has high quality stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking with custom coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker. Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condo laid in the French Pattern design. No carpet! The great room and all bedrooms each contain a Smart TV, and a DVD player. We have a 55” Smart TV in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30” wide fireplace insert. Free wireless high speed internet is included. The couch in the great room will convert into a queen size Tempur-Pedic Mattress bed for extra guest. In the laundry room, we have a full size washer and dryer.

We have the latest technology including Bluetooth surround sound stereo system. You can connect your iPhone, iPad or other Bluetooth device and listen to Pandora or your personal music.

The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, armoire and 55" Smart TV. One of the guest bedrooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest with Smart TV. The third guest bedroom also features King size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table and Smart TV. Both bedrooms open onto a back balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath.

In our luxury condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage with five separate covered walkovers with one on our floor, and four high speed elevators. We offer a fitness room & a game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security living onsite and available by phone.

The tropical beach front pool area contains a 120 ft long heated pool, with separate hot tube, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.

From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $260 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella set up each day on the sandy beach.

We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within easy walking distance to Schooners, 'The Last Local Beach Club' (a Gulf front bar and seafood house with live entertainment), Patches, and Cantina del Mar restaurants. In addition, Captain Anderson's and Restaurant, and many more restaurants, marinas, and entertainment are within walking distance. Shopping is nearby at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island Dept. Store, and The Palace beach clothing and supply stores. Several world class golf courses, Pier Park Mall, many amusement parks and ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not’ and Wal-Mart are all within an easy drive.
