The very high quality and elegantly furnished self-catering villa is located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area in es Camp de Mar. In just a few minutes you are on the great beach of Camp de Mar, the golf course of Andratx or in the marina in Port d'Andratx.

The property is a great house, furnished very tastefully, and everything is in good working order. It is very quiet in the area and is far enough from the Port to feel relaxed, yet only a 6 euro, 5 minute ride in a taxi to get into the Port. The pool is perfect, it gets sun and shade across it every day due to the mature landscaping.

We loved our stay!

The house was terrific, spacious and modern. The bedrooms were well appointed and had plenty of closet space, and we really enjoyed using the pool and outdoor space. One of the major perks were being so close to town and all of the beautiful restaurants and shopping near the port. I’d definitely come back and rent this house again!

A delightful holiday base.

Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. Michael was a friendly and efficient host. We would like to go back and would definitely recommend Villa Patricia as a holiday base in the south west of Mallorca.

Amazing villa close to camp de Mar and Port d'Andratx

Wow.. What a beautiful villa. Exceeded all of our expectations. Photos do not give this place justice. Lots of space for 6 adults. 3 bathrooms was great. Beautiful decor inside and a lovely outside space for dining in all weathers. The facilities were some of the best that we have experienced in a rental villa. Great communical with Michael who was quick to respond to any queries. Positioned in a quiet residential area 3 minute drive from camp de Mar and less than 10 minutes to the port. Hope to return next year. Thank you for ensuring we had everything we needed to have a great holiday.

Beautiful Villa in great location

We stayed in this beautiful villa in Camp De Mar in October 2023. It is well appointed and in a quiet location. There are many nice restaurants in the village and Port Andratx is only a 4 minute taxi ride away. The check-in, check-out procedure was faultless and the villa is equipped with pretty much everything you could think of. The only criticism was that are only German speaking tv stations available. We did try to check in to our own Netflix account, so we could watch something in English but were unable to do. This would be less of an issue in summer but when the nights get dark earlier, it would be nice to have that option.

Sehr schön und empfehlenswert!

Wir sind in der wunderschönen Villa in den letzten beiden Septemberwochen gewesen und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen! Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, weitestgehend neu und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten sind, wie mehrfach schon geschrieben, tatsächlich sehr bequem. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß aber allemal groß genug. Wer zwingend 12 Stunden pralle Sonne braucht, hat vielleicht ein Problem, für uns aber war die Sonnensituation perfekt. Es gab ausreichend Sonne und Schatten am Pool - ganz wie man es haben wollte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, schnell, entgegenkommend und verbindlich. Auch ein späterer Check-out war kein Problem. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Mücken draußen! Dafür können natürlich weder Villa noch Vermieter. Hier sollte man sich einfach besser vorbereiten als wir. Ein Sommerhaus mit Schattenplätze.

Das Objekt ist für den Sommer besser geeignet als für das Frühjahr oder den Herbst. Morgens ab 10.30 bis 16.30 Sonne. Im Hochsommer ideal. Sehr schönes Haus , alles gepflegt, super bequeme Betten. Den Grill konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, er hatte ein Gasproblem. Würden im Sommer das Haus wieder gerne mieten.

Zufrieden mit einigen Abstrichen.

Das der Check in erst 16. Uhr war , war leider nicht so schön. Und das ein Bad nicht zu benutzen war fanden wir auch bedauerlich. Und im Bad unten war es an der wand leider Schimmel zu entdecken. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.👏Und auch die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen. Das wir schon um 9. Uhr auschecken mussten fanden wir sehr zeitig. Ansonsten sagen wir Danke. Superbe villa avec piscine, proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un superbe week end prolongé entres amis. La villa est très belle, joliment décorée mais au niveau équipement il manque quand même plusieurs choses quand on est 6. (Grille pain, davantage de couverts et de verres serait bienvenue) Le Check in et le Check out sont très faciles grace aux instructions détaillées de Michael. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Amazing and unexpectedly luxurious stay

The house was beyond our expectations, beautiful both inside and outside - absolutely a steal for the price! The pool and outdoor shower was amazing, and we had plenty use out of it. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the rooms and bathrooms are absolutely lovely and spacious beds - the master bedroom is massive with bathtub and huge terrace. You have to have a car as it’s not possible to walk anywhere- but everything is really close in distance and taxis are easy to catch. Michael was an absolutely sweetheart and responds very quickly and precise to everything while also being a very flexible house. Best rental vacation house I have ever found through the internet. 10/10

Fabulous stay at Casa Patricia

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Patricia. The villa is beautiful, very spacious and has a great pool! The location is lovely in a very quiet neighbourhood. You will need to use taxis to get around or to a local shop however, Port Andratx is only a 5 minute taxi ride. Michael the host was brilliant, he always responded to any queries very quickly and answered any questions. We would recommend to any of our family and friends and would definitely stay again - thank you!
