Why they chose this property
The Parrot Cottage is an older home built in the 50's. All new everything...floors, paint, furniture etc.
What makes this property unique
Very close (walking distance) to Tookie's Seafood...a large seafood restaurant serving draft and bottled beers, wine and cocktails...lots of TV's.
