Studio apartment. Pet friendly. One block from UTMB. Long term booking available

Remodeled Studio apartment on the backyard of my house with a cozy yard in front of the apartment. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The parking is on the street in front of the house. The Studio is fully furnished. There is a kitchen area with the kitchen amenities, a king size bed, sitting sofa , bathroom with shower. It’s a great choice either for long /short terms vacation and students /workers who planning to work at the University of Texas Medical Branch, which is one block out. 8 minutes out walking from downtown and Opera House. 4-5 minutes away driving from the beach. I’m a pet friendly. Very friendly and kind host.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

The owner is such a sweet lady and this home was so clean, put together and comfortable. It is super close to the beach and the pier. She didn’t bother us at all and was open if we needed anything. Amazing parking, communication and close to everything!

Fun Weekend in Galveston

This studio is clean, quite, safe, and comfortable. The owners were so nice. As described in the listing, the studio is in their backyard so the owners are on the property to greet and help you if needed. We loved being close to the Strand, right around the corner from the Sunflower Cafe and Bakery, and a short trip from the Bolivar ferry. My husband and I enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality, Aysha!

Very nice and quiet. It's not the Hilton but I will definitely be booking again. It's clean and had a very nice court yard to set at if it hadn't been over100 degrees. The host met me at door and gave me a tour of the studio apartment. He was very friendly and hospitable.

Quiet getaway

Perfect weekend away. Our gracious host met us at the curb to give us the tour. Property has all kinds of lovely flowers, fig tree, pomegranate tree and grape vines that cover the little patio outside the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. Clean and comfy. It was in great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. We ate at saltwater grill and taquilo's both delish and nearby. Bakery and Cafe just a short walk down the street for breakfast. Ice cream parlor a cross the street. It was a great place for us. I certainly would recommend it. We will be back
