Through a small hallway and stairs you reach the second floor to your apartment. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds. You will also find a shower room and a cozy furnished living room with integrated full kitchen. On the small balcony you can have breakfast comfortably in the morning and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

Kirchdorf and the island of Poel offer everything you expect from a Baltic seaside resort: various small boulevards with stores, restaurants and cafes, large sandy beaches with beach chairs, children's playgrounds, a water sports provider, a quiet steep coast and dog beaches, tourist facilities, fishing tours, a bicycle rental, a horse riding stable nearby, a regular bus connection to Wismar, passenger ships with destination Boltenhagen and Lübeck.

Sauberkeit

Ich vermute das unser Vorgänger ebenfalls eine Endreinigung bezahlt hat. An der Durchführung der Reinigung hapert es mächtig. Bei Ankunft haben wir mal zuerst den Sand im Wohnraum zusammen gekehrt.Danach wurden die Spinnweben an der Balkontüre (innen) entfernt. Die Nasszelle hätte eine Grundreinigung vertragen können (in der heutigen Zeit). Die Schränke hätten ebenfalls eine Reinigung vertragen können. Die Töpfe haben bestimmt schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

kleine, gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bademöglichkeit sind "um die Ecke". Leider haben unsere Vormieter es nicht so ernst mit dem "Küche sauber hinterlassen" genommen. Sonst alles toll.

Aufenthalt schön -Lage Wohnung auch- Vermieter könnte auf mehr Sauberkeit achten.

Bei der Anreise könnte man das Zeitfenster für das Abholen des verbessern . Nicht erst ab16 Uhr! Hier waren 20 Leute vor Ort! Die Wohnung war völlig verschmutzt. Es war unter dem Bett z.B. staubig und Staubflocken in jeder Menge. Auch in den weiteren Räumen war alles sehr staubgebunden. Nach zwei Anrufen bei Novasol kam der Verantwortliche mit zwei Reinigungskräften , die dann die Wohnung säuberten. Der Verantwortliche hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt und zum Schluss gemeint ,er würde ein kleines Entschädigungsgeschenk gerne die kommende Woche vorbeibringen. Wir warten auch zuhause noch - nach zwei Wochen-darauf .

Urlaub Insel Poel

Die Ferienwohnung war ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Betten waren ordentlich. Bad war recht groß. Der Balkon war winzig, es passten nur zwei kleine Klappstühle und ein Tischchen drauf. Zu den Mahlzeiten haben wir einen Küchenstuhl herangezogen, um zumindest etwas Abstellfläche zu haben. Es gab eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder im Heizungskeller. Wohnung war am Ortsrand gelegen. Bäcker und Supermarkt waren mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.
