The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1989, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Boating with the landlord (skipper) on request on site (surcharge).

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.
