About this property

The "Seagull" in Haus Meeresglück, close to the beach and in the center!

Bright 75sqm apartment in beachfront location. The two bedrooms have matrimonial beds. The sunny balcony you can commit from the living room but also from the large bedroom. The kitchen is open to the living room and is comfortably equipped - oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob etc. The apartment has a daylight shower and a guest toilet. The beach chair on the main beach is well received by our small and large guests. Washer and dryer are available in the main house for a fee. A parking space is reserved directly at the house for you. We warmly welcome you.


Investment:

 Welcome to our houses in Langen Wiese 2a in Dahme. In the front building are 3 residential units for up to 2-6 people. The rear building has 5 units for up to 4 people each with 2 bedrooms. The houses are decorated in a modern style and are located 200 meters from the Dahmer beach. The parking spaces are located directly at the house. Each apartment has a beach chair at the Strandkorbvermietung Krebs in height "Restaurant Blöser" on the main beach. Spend your holiday in every season with us - the Baltic Sea air is always good!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns gut erholt. Anzumerken hätten wir, dass uns einige Küchenutensilien wie z. B. Schneide - und Frühstücksbrettchen, eine Zitronenpresse, Salatbesteck gefehlt haben. Die Duschtassen waren für meine 91 jährige Mutter recht rutschig, zumal die Duchkabine nicht richtig verschlossen werden konnte, so dass immer das Wasser herausgelaufen ist. Werden aber immer wiederkommen :).

Der Schriftwechsel war sehr professionell und informativ. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Info-Mappe in der Wohnung. Darin konnte man die Antworten auf urlaubsrelevanten Fragen finden. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wichtig für uns waren auch hauseigener Parkplatz vor der Wohnung mit Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und Fahrradträger. Der kurze Weg zum Strand / Strandpromenade war ideal. Zum Gassigehen mit dem Hund gab es genügend Wege, der Ort selbst ist auch sehr hundefreundlich eingerichtet (Hundestationen und Abfallkörbe) und deswegen - trotz der vielen Hunde - sehr sauber. Wir können den Ort Dahme und die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, besonders für Familien mit Kindern (und Hunde).

Tolle Unterkunft, seitdem auf dem direkt angrenzenden Grundstück aber 2 neue 6er Blocks gebaut wurden, kommt man sich schon ein wenig wie auf dem "Präsentierteller" vor. Alles in allem aber absolut weiter zu empfehlen, sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Bäcker, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, alles in kürzester Zeit per Pedes zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro Krebs wie gewohnt super. Und das ein Strandkorb gleicht mit dabei ist, das macht umso mehr Freude. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Krebs und Mitarbeiter, wir sehen uns auf alle Fälle wieder.
