  The approximately 39 m² and very chic 2-room apartment for 1 to 2 people is located in the attic (2. OG) of a house in Herrenpfad in the heart of Norderney. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and offers everything to make you feel comfortable for a longer period of time. Shops can be found on foot, as well as various gastronomic offers and the extensive beach. In about 300 m away there are the collective parking lots. There you park your vehicle during your stay on the island of Norderney. For arrival and departure you can park your vehicle for up to one hour directly at the house and load or unload.

The apartment awaits you with individual charm, stylish furnishings and complete facilities. The apartment is divided into a living room, bedroom, a hallway and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for daily life.

This condo is a non-smoking condo and pets on request. Please note that we have to charge a minimum stay of 6 nights, even if the stay is shorter.

Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, dann nur Kleinigkeiten.

Die Stühle wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sind an den Kanten bereits abgenutzt – hier wären neue Stühle vielleicht eine schöne Verbesserung. Außerdem müsste ein Brett an der Umrandung der Dachterrasse wieder befestigt werden.

Kaum Ablagen im Bad, keine Liegen auf dem Balkon, Tisch auf dem Balkon verfault Schlafzimmerschrank nur mit großem Aufwand zu benutzen Haus allgemein sehr laut kommt für uns nicht mehr infrage In der Anzeige steht Parkplatz vorhanden aber öffentliche Parkplätze sind damit gemeint also nicht korrekt beschrieben oder Absicht

Sehr saubere FeWo

Der aufenthalt in der FeWo war sehr angenehm, mit einem sehr guten Eiscafe vor der Tür und einer großen Dachterrasse zur eigenen Nutzung. Kleines manko gab es allerdings, wir hätten uns noch einen Sonnenschirm bzw. Eine Markiese für die terrasse gewünscht.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist leider der fehlende Sonnenschirm auf dieser schönen sonnigen Terrasse.

Schlafzimmerschrank zum Aufhängen von verschiedenen Kleidungsstücken fehlte. Ebenfalls eine zweite Leselampe am Bett. Verschiedene Kleinigkeiten - z.B. Brötchenkorb, Eierlöffel, Salatschüssel und Salatbesteck, Putzlappen und Putzmittel für das Bad fehlten auch. Handtücher waren ziemlich abgenutzt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Checkin verlief problemlos. Ansonsten war die Wohnung, wie beschrieben, Kochutensilien, Geschirr, etc. waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Dachterrasse, einfach schön dort den ersten Kaffee in der Sonne zu genießen! Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären ein Verdunkelungsrollo im Schlafzimmer (es ist sehr hell und macht wird früh wach) sowie die Bereitstellung von zwei Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mitten drin auf Norderney

Gute Ausstattung, Bad und Küche neuwertig, sauber und wunderbar große Dachterrrasse. Dachgeschoss, daher Schlafraum mit vielen Schrägen. Was fehlt? Waeschestaender auf der Terrasse, Markise Dachterrasse wäre mega, da bei Regen nicht nutzbar. Eierpiekser als kleiner Tipp (ansonsten mitbringen). Insgesamt gute Unterkunft!

Norderney hat sich von seiner besten Seite präsentiert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war, wie im Internet beschrieben, das einzige Manko war das Bett, da sollte man mal über eine neue und passendere Matratze nachdenken. Sonst war alles perfekt!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, alle Läden Geschäfte und der Strand sind in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Wir hatten in letzten Jahr in gleichen Haus schon ein Appartement und in diesem Jahr mit separaten Schlafzimmer.Der große Balkon ist einfach Spitze bei viel Sonnenschein wäre ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markisse nicht schlecht ! Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in die Wohnung nach Norderney zurück !

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wären noch im Schlafzimmer eine kleine (Lese)lampe z. B. an der Wand hinter dem Bett und eine kleine Abstellmöglichkeit am vorderen Bett. Und eventuell noch einige Frühstücksteller. Im Internet steht, dass es kostenlose Parkplätze gibt. Diese konnte uns leider niemand zeigen bzw. benennen. Das ist leider sehr irreführend. Aber wir haben uns bis auf die oben genannten Kleinigkeiten, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
