Charming Winnipesaukee Waterfront Meredith with great Sun Deck

This 1770 square foot; 4 bedroom lake-house rests on a pretty lot with Westerly exposure and beautiful sunsets. The swimming is from the dock with a ladder into deep water. Relax on the roof-top deck of the boat-house and work on your tan or read that book you've been meaning to get to (jumping into the water from the sun-deck is strictly prohibited). The boat-house will accommodate your boat up to 18 feet in length or you may also put your boat on the dock (40' dock for up to an 20' boat). The home is loaded with charm and offers 4 bedrooms (2 on the main level and 2 in the lower level accessed by a spiral stairs), 1 & 3/4 baths (the 3/4 bath is in the lower level), cable t.v., wireless internet for posting those vacation photos as soon as you take them and a washer and dryer. The living room has 2 separate seating areas and there is a dining area with lovely lake and sunset views. If you prefer a gradual entry into the water; this property has deeded access to a community beach just 3/10 mile down the road. Easy boating access to Meredith and Weirs Beach and just a 10 minute drive from the Town of Meredith. Come and spend your relaxing or adventurous - the choice is yours - vacation here. A dog may be allowed, depending on the size and kind and with the owner's prior approval and a $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Wonderful Vacation with Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean. I liked the hardwood floors and the comfy furniture. The table was large enough for all 8 of us to eat and the downstairs was great for the 20 something’s to have there own space. The spiral staircase not appealing but fine for the younger adults. My only issues with the property is the overgrown bushes in front of the house which prohibits the view of the lake and also the trees in front of the lake should be limbed up to create a better view. The green rug on top of the boat house was coming off and could bea hazard, the limbs over the boathouse deck also need manicuring. The furniture on the boat house was dirty. It’s the little things that could have been done that would mean a lot. However, all and all a great experience and we will absolutely be back! The boathouse for the boat was clutch and great fishing off the dock also!
