The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house built in 1975 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for your exclusive use: terrace and garden furniture. Garden, beach area is free of charge (1 sunshade, 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed) per flat from the 4th row onwards. Surcharge for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row, to be paid directly at the beach ticket office. Location subject to availability (beach service active from 15/05 to 19/09).

On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance leads over 9 steps directly in the living room. Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and washing machine. Storeroom not heatable and with Closed garage with safe and washing machine.
Higher ground floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Bibione, district Pineda. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (oil). Heating is only available in the winter months. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.
