About this property

Fantastic new villa near the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany

The property was completely rebuilt and furnished, it will be completed in spring 2020 and temporarily offered at an introductory price.

Wonderful relaxation in an oasis of calm or happy partying in a wonderful place ... Villa Emma offers both and more and is ideal for families and groups.
Villa Emma is in a secluded location and yet only 1 km from the nearest village with good shopping and a typical Italian bar. The next freeway entrance is only about 12 kilometers away, the famous white beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, the cliffs in Castiglioncello - which are not just for snorkeling - can be reached in about the same time. Pisa with its famous leaning tower and the nearest airport is about 50 kilometers away.
Villa Emma is a former mill that was built from scratch in the old style. We have taken great care to ensure that the charm of the old mill is preserved and that Villa Emma also offers all the modern amenities you could want on vacation. Among other things, the mill has an open kitchen with island, a dining room with a large table where everyone can comfortably sit and a living room with a fireplace and TV.
The villa offers 6 individual, lovingly furnished, spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom and a guest toilet including shower.

In your own 10 x 5 meter private pool you can swim, play, cool off to your heart's content. In addition, the pool offers a relaxation zone of 6 x 2.20 meters, in whose 25cm deep water you can relax wonderfully in the cool water.
A small bathing island, surrounded by water on three sides, also invites you to relax. There are sun loungers and parasols in the pool area and if you want to have your own space, you can simply retreat to the olive grove and relax in the gentle shade in a hammock body and soul.

Florence, with its cultural treasures and the nearest airport, is about 100 kilometers away, as is Siena.
Lucca can be reached in around 1 hour by car, San Gimignano is around 60 km and Volterra around 46 km.
Andrea Bocelli offers concerts in the Teatro del Silenzio nearby, and the famous cypress avenue of Bolgheri in one of the world's best wine-growing regions can also be reached in about 35 kilometers.

Towels can be requested for a fee of € 15 per person per stay. Bed linen can be provided for a fee of € 15 per person per stay.

Großartige Villa. Man kann sich hier richtig wohl fühlen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Anfahrtsweg etwas holpriger Waldweg, aber überwindbar. Ansonsten top Unterkunft. Die Vermieter helfen auch bei allem Wissenswerten in der Umgebung, nehmen auch Reservierungen von Restaurants vor. Stehen mit Ihrer Erfahrung zur Seite, 1A Unterstützung (auch bei der KFZ-Werkstatt!) Das Essen insgesamt in der Toskana hat nicht vom Hocker gerissen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aber komplett. Insgesamt 100% Weiterempfehlung für die Villa!

Traumhaftes Anwesen in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlich tollen Haus in der Nähe von Pomaia. Wir haben das Haus mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind bewohnt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber Sabine und Klaus sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und schaffen direkt eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Angefangen bei einem herzlichen Empfang in der Bar in Pomaia, über einen perfekten Poolservice alle 2-3 Tage, zahlreichen Tipps und Tischreservierungen haben wir diesen Service und die sehr nette Kommunikation als wirklich einzigartig empfunden. Das Haus selber ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Küchenausstattung, bequeme Betten, eine super Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank, Plancha und Grill….was will man mehr. Einfach herrlich alles! Lieben Dank noch einmal für alles liebe Sabine und lieber Klaus!

Traumhaft!

Unsere Gruppe hatte einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Emma. Die Villa ist sehr idyllisch mitten im Grünen gelegen und gleichzeitig ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Das ganze Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Charakter und ein anderes Motto. Dabei sind alle hell und großzügig geschnitten, die Bäder alle mit Fenster und die Betten super bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche im Haus ist selbst für eine große Gruppe perfekt. Hinzu kommt die Außenküche mit großem Grill und Plancha. Der Pool war größer als erwartet und die gesamte Außenanlage einladend und gepflegt. Das Gastgeber-Paar hat uns herzlich empfangen, war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps (Essen, Ausflüge, Shopping) versorgt. Wir können die Villa Emma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sabine und Klaus sind fantastische. Gastgeber.

In der Ruheoase wurden wir als Gäste verwöhnt. Die Kinder zogen den Pool, dem Meer vor. Vieles wurde von Sabine und Klaus organisiert, so dass wir noch mehr Toscanafeeling erlebten konnten. Auch biken und wandern ist sehr erlebnisreich. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Emma war rundum ein erholsames und unvergessliches Ferienerlebnis. Herzichen Dank

Urlaub bei Freunden

Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ruhe und Erholung sind vorprogrammiert. Alles ist sauber und die neue Aussenküche mit Plancha und Holzkohlegrill rundet das ganze ab. Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier fündig, der Bach auf dem Gelände plätschert ruhig vor sich hin. Alle Zimmer individuell gestaltet und klimatisiert. Tipps und Ratschläge von den Vermietern. Erwähnt werden sollte, dass tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge den letzten Kilometer nicht zur Villa kommen, da der Weg holprig und staubig ist. Wer zum Einkaufen nach Solvay fährt, braucht 20min. Würde und werde die Villa weiterempfehlen

Mit der Villa Emma haben wir einen echten Glücksgriff gelandet. Das Haus ist komplett neu, hochwertig eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Junge (!) Leute auf Reisen

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit schon häufig in italienischen Ferienhäusern unterwegs - entweder wir 2 alleine oder wie diesmal mit Freunden. Aber so freundlich und unkompliziert und umgänglich wie in Pomaio sind wir noch nirgends empfangen worden. Und das lag nicht nur an den sehr schnell festgestellten gemeinsamen schwäbischen Wurzeln! Die "Einführungsstunde" in der Bar Circolo di Pomaio mit den wundervollen Gastgebern Sabine und Klaus erhöhte noch die Vorfreude auf eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche. Und wir sollten nicht enttäuscht werden: die Villa Emma, einerseits innen mit ihren geschmackvollen Themen-Zimmern mit zugeordneten Ensuite-Bädern, andererseits mit dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Pool, Olivenhain nebst Hängematten sowie soeben fertiggestellter Sommerküche mit Grill, Kühlschrank und Gläsern, bot alles für einen überaus relaxten Urlaub, auf den etwas ältere Herrschaften schon mal angewiesen sind; nicht zu vergessen die sehr gut konzipierte und ausgestattete Küche! Auf dieser "Insel" kann man schon mal einen ganzen Tag mit gepflegtem Nichtstun verbringen. Trotzdem wagten wir uns auch nach draußen: Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Bolgheri waren ideal für Tages- oder Halbtagesfahrten und sprechen auch in dieser Hinsicht für eine ideale Lage der Villa Emma. Aber auch die Nähe haben wir erforscht: den Ort Pomaia mit der besagten Bar und kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf, die Essenskultur im Il Molincaccio und im La Pieve (vielen Dank Sabine und Klaus für die Organisation!), die Trinkkultur vom Weingut Sator und das Istituto Lama. Vielen Dank Sabine und Klaus, dass wir diese Woche in der Villa Emma verbringen durften. Aber jetzt genug des Lobes: wir wollen uns davon noch etwas aufbewahren, für das nächste Jahr! Traumhafte Ferienvilla mit toskanischem Flair!

Einfach eine wunderschöne Zeit vom ersten Augenblick. Wir haben als Familie 14 wunderschöne Tage bei bestem Wetter in der absolut traumhaften Ferienvilla Emma verbringen dürfen. Hier wurde von den Vermietern Klaus und Sabine mit viel Liebe zum Detail ein Paradies mitten in der Natur geschaffen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit der Villa und des Pools und die Qualität der Ausstattung. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist einfach Spitze! Man bekommt sehr viel nützliche Tipps für Ausflugsziele in der Toskana. Nebenbei wurde auch bei Reservierungen für Restaurants geholfen. Fazit: Es ist mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus (Villa!) in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Vielen Dank an Sabine und Klaus und bis bald Villa Emma!!

Villa Emma: la casa dei sogni

Già prima di arrivare i proprietari si sono dimostrati super disponibili! Nonostante siamo stati i primi ospiti della casa le piccole difficoltà sono state superate grazie alla presenza e all’attenzione di Sabine e Klaus. La villa è nuova e molto bella in un contesto naturalistico unico. Privacy assoluta e vicinanza alle più belle attrazioni della Toscana. La piscina rende difficile lasciare la proprietà per visitare i luoghi circostanti.
