Comfort vacation home Lambertus, house 40 b for 4 persons

The comfort holiday home was built in 1999. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north towards north dike and has a hidden garden with a south-west facing terrace and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious, tiled living room (flat screen satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player) with dining area and high chair in the bay window, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker , Baking molds, plenty of crockery and cutlery and much more) and a guest toilet. All windows on the ground floor are equipped with shutters. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD as well as a shower / toilet with washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a grill. It is rented all year round.

The 85 sqm house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north towards north dike and has a garden and terrace on the south-west side. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with dining area in the bay window, an open fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and. S. W. and a guest toilet. The floors are tiled on the ground floor. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed and a cot; a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and a seating area with TV + radio / CD in the bay window and a shower / toilet with washing machine + hairdryer. The house has 4 loungers with cushions and patio furniture for 4 people. It is approx. 2.5 km to the beach, approx. 15 minutes on foot to the pedestrian zone in the north. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.

Leisure activities: mudflat hikes, boat trips, water park, water sports, cycling, visit to the seal breeding station in Norddeich, spa.

Ein schönes gut gepflegtes Ferienaus zwischen Norden und Norddeich. Es war alles vorhanden was wir für unseren Kurzurlaub benötigten. Das fehlende W-Lan im Haus hat uns nicht gestört, da es ja bekannt war.Sowohl das Waloseun, der Strand sowie auch die Seehundaufzuchtstation waren von hier aus gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr schönes Objekt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Was uns sehr gefehlt hat war ein WLAN Zugang. Wir hatten, wie immer im Norden, kaum Netz. Die Reinigungskräfte sollten vielleicht auch einmal den Blick zur Decke richten und die Staub- und Spinnweben entfernen. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu meckern. Die Lage ist super. In die Stadt als auch zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Kilometer.

Es fand keine Übergabe statt.Es fand keine Endabnahme statt.Es wurde kein Übergabe und Endabnahme Protokoll erstellt.Schlüssel wurde in einem Safe deponiert.Ein Kühlschrankgriff war gelockert und fiel ab, wurde von uns repariert. Keine Einweisung in Fernsehgerät,Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine etc. Schlüssel für Mülleimer und Geräteschrank war nicht Beschriftet. Kein W-Lan Ich musste als Journalist täglich bei MC-Donalds im Industriegebiet meine E-mail Verkehr abrufen. (erheblicher Aufwand) Mehrmaliges Anrufen bei der zuständigen Reinigungs und Übergabeperson blieb erfolglos. (kein Rückruf) Kommunikation 0

Toller Urlaub und Super Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter mit denen man alles unkompliziert lösen konnte. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet aber es ist dort sehr ruhig. In der Nähe hat man alle Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Achtung: Es gibt dort kein WLAN! Das war für uns aber kein Problem, da es der Entspannung geholfen hat.

Schöner Urlaub in Norden

Die Lage zwischen Norden Zentrum und Norddeich hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist beides nur mit einem längeren Spaziergang verbunden erreichbar. Wir haben deshalb auch den Urlauberbus genutzt, um das Auto gelegentlich stehen zu lassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert, das es kein Internet gibt. Liebe Grüße aus Südbaden

Es hat von Anfang an alles gepasst. Von der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses, über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation bis zum Haus selbst. Eine perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung an der nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, aber leider kein WLAN und Funkloch, beides nicht schön.

Abends, wenn es dunkel ist, ist es schwierig das Schlüsselloch zu finden. Eine Lampe mit Bewegungsmelder wäre super. Was gar nicht geht ist, der Vermieter hat durch die Blume gesagt, dass er ein zusätzliches Energiegeld haben möchte. Nach der Buchung!!!! Was ich natürlich abgelehnt habe. Dann war auch Ruhe.

Wenn die Tafelmesser auch noch scharf wären und die Spiegel auch für kleinere Frauen einsehbar wären, dann wäre alles bestens. Auch wenn der Raum in der Küche knapp ist, Geschirr (Teller), das man täglich braucht, nur mit der Leiter zu erreichen, war für meine zwei (!) Frauen unmöglich. Naja, Schwamm drüber.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das sehr schöne und saubere Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, aber dennoch zentral. Mit dem Auto sind Aldi, dm und Condi in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Fahrrad in 10 Minuten). Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Fahrrad über Fahrradwege in ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenfalls das Schwimmbad Ocean Wave sowie die Seehundauffangstation (15 Minuten und ebenfalls über Fahrradwege). Des Weiteren befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und über den Tipp des Vermieter bezüglich des Fahrradverleih waren wir froh. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft in Norden. Zum Strand in Norddeich sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und top ausgestattet, hatte alles was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Dame vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Unser Familien Urlaub war zwar recht kurz aber das Feriendomizil war prima dafür zum wohlfühlen und erholen - sehr schöne Lage - sehr gut alles erreichbar - sehr freundlicher und netter Kontakt - Top Sauberkeit - man fühlt sich wie zuhause - für alles ist gesorgt zum Kochen, Waschen, unterhalten etc. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden Wir kommen super gerne wieder Vielen Dank für den gelungenen kurz Aufenthalt in diesem Feriendomizil

Wohnung mit Investitions Stau

Lage gut Leider viel Bau Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft. Wohnung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Kein W-Lan und auch über das das Handy kommt man kaum in das Internet. Für die heutige Zeit nicht akzeptabel. Die Matratzen sind komplett fertig! Meine Frau hatte massive Rückenschmerzen schon nach der ersten Nacht. Eine grundreinigung im gesamten Haus wäre dringend nötig. Grade mit kleinen Kindern fällt es stark auf. Ausgestattet war die Wohnung ausreichend für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes. Fazit: Eine Investition in neue betten wäre hier dringend nötig. Würde in dem aktuellen Zustand nicht noch mal buchen.
