Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung im idyllischen Lämmersreut, einen Ortsteil der Stadt Waldkirchen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen zwischen den Städten Waldkirchen und Freyung. Verschiedene Ausflugsziele wie der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald, das Dreiländereck und die "Dreiflüssestadt" Passau sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ceranfeld und Backofen. Neben einer Schlafcouch befindet sich im Wohnbereich ein Fernseher, Radio, Telefon und ein CD-Player. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine Dusche, WC und einen Fön.
