Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 1985 erbauten Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2012 renoviert und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage am Wasser ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.
