Best location, only 150m to the beach crossing 7, in traffic-quiet street. Tasteful decor with high-quality equipment and appropriate comfort. The 3-room apartment is 58 m2 and is located in the attic of the villa "Carpe Diem" completed in September 2009. 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed - 2,00x1,80m, 1 x single bed 2,00x1,20m)

Geräumige Fewo mit Kamin aber unglaublich Dreckig

Für unseren Kurzurlaub (4nächte) im kalten März, habe ich und diese FEWO ausgesucht, da Sie einen Kamin hat. Der Kamin hat auch nicht enttäuscht. Die Fewo ist generell recht geräumig für Max 3 Personen und durch den etwas verwinkelten Grundrisse recht gemütlich. Zur Sauberkeit kann ich nur Sagen: 6 setzen! Es waren sogar noch getragene Socken von einem Vormieter im Bad. Wollmäuse, Flecken, Löcher in den Bettlaken, Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Kaffeemaschine habe ich 30min gereinigt um sie zu verwenden, die Bratpfannen haben schon fast die Hälfte ihrer Beschichtung verloren…. Zum Glück hatten wir schönes Wetter. Da wir nur drei volle Tage vor Ort waren, haben wir uns nicht an die Verwaltung gewandt. Dabei wäre wahrscheinlich ein Tag drauf gegangen, ohne zu wissen ob es danach besser geworden wäre. Ganz klar: keine Weiterempfehlung.
