This has been by far the best place I have ever stayed at. The Host was everything! Its so clean, with everything you need already there if you were to forget something at home..The whole time I was there I felt like I was HOME!! Any time im visiting Houston, this is where I will stay!

You couldn’t believe the little details that made this stay special! From the snacks and the toiletries, to the local tips and “how to” directions, our host thought of everything. We’ll stay here again if we’re back in Houston!

Labor Day weekend

What a great place to stay! We had plans for an Astros game and visiting local attractions near downtown during our visit so this was a gem of a place to stay! This location and home was perfect, plenty of room with enough to do for all ages! Our great host, Selina, went out of her way to make my daughter's birthday a special one as well! We will definitely be back!

Absolute Perfection

I’d give this 100 stars if we could. We stay in a LOT of VRBO properties with our four teens and usually friends along. This place was perfection- extremely clean, wonderful communication, located in a great central area. Selina had thought of EVERYTHING and this had more amenities than any other we’ve stayed at. She made our stay so unbelievably effortless from start to finish, and was the sweetest host. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome, fun, clean, unique and quiet home 1/2 mile from University of Houston. Highly recommend as Selina ensured her home was perfect for a visit. So many warm and welcoming super helpful comforts that make your visit easy and all the more enjoyable - all unexpected.

Fun House!

We rented the property to attend our son's college graduation with family and had a wonderful time. Very fun property with just about every amenity you can think of. Great games and fun theme throughout. Property owner was very responsive and helpful to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her personalized touches for our specific stay were much appreciated. Close to downtown and the light rail should you need it. It is a three level, so plan for stairs but it's a very nice property with everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!!

After reading previous reviews I couldn’t wait to book this property but I still expected some hiccups in reality. There were ZERO hiccups. Communication was timely and clear, Selina is wonderful! the space was just as pictured, SPOTLESS!! And included many necessities for your stay. They thought of everything! Will definitely book again the next time we visit Houston!

First and foremost let me just say that the air bnb host Selina definitely makes you feel special! Upon opening the door to the air bnb she had a customized sign welcoming me in. The home is SO beautiful there is so much to do just IN the house! Karaoke,games,tv entertainment in every room, coffee bar and MUCH more. The presentation alone was outstanding, the beds are so comfortable! She also has notes displayed around the house to make sure everything is easy going + she has a list of her personal recommendations from clubs to restaurants to coffee spots. It’s the little things that really just stood out and had me in aw. Highly recommend and will be booking with Selina from here on out

Cowboy Carter weekend.

Selina's place was an absolute dream! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a sign that read "Welcome Beyhive!" The themed rooms were absolutely amazing and the place was spotless. Selina left us a personalized note and a brand new stadium approved wristlet for us to keep. She had snacks and drinks for us to eat and drink. Her attention to detail was unmatched. The rental looks better in person and the location was perfect for us and our weekend activities. There were board games and video game's for us to use that my niece enjoyed using on our down time. Selina even left us all cowboy hats for us to use as props for our pictures!!! This has been one of the best if not the best rental I've ever stayed at. We can't say thank you enough to Selina as her mindfulness really contributed to our H-Town experience!!!!! She most definitely slayed! Thank you, Selina!!!!!!

The Perfect Host and Townhouse

This amazing 3 story home was everything. Let’s start with the location it felt like it took us the same amount of time to travel to different sides of town which is awesome being in Houston, it even had a balcony for a great view. I loved that it had the Selena’s room downstairs even though it’s not the masters, it felt like a master room. The other 2 rooms are upstairs adjacent from each other , it was perfect and comfortable for a sleepover, including an extra bed in the nasa room. She has everything there you could think of from kitchen utensils, games, and even complementary snacks and drinks,(even wine for adults). We celebrated a birthday and the host Selina had perfect personalized items and cards. It was a simple checkin and out ..This is the real deal people …you will have no worries…oh and there’s a hot tub.

Group Birthday in Houston

This home is absolutely amazing and the host was even better! I’ve never stayed in a home where the host asks about our food and alcohol preferences. When we arrived we were met with personalized welcome signs, birthday cards, and our favorite bottle of Tequila along side all the necessities for a hang over! The refrigerator had a number or beverages and snacks. Don’t even bother bringing your own toiletries because this home was filled with the best high end products for all your hygiene needs. Selina, the host was very responsive and very communicative and provided a number of “Best of Houston” things to do around Houston that turned out to be a blast. I plan to rent from this host every time we go to Houston!!

The place was immaculate!!!! Just like the listing states. Everything you could think of that you might have forgot to pack was there if you need it supplied. The host was great and kept great communication. Checked in on us prior to our arrival, during our stay and at our departure. She made everything so easy and relaxing. This place is absolutely stunning! The host thought of everything from amenities to cleaning- She even gave us additional Thanksgiving items ( i.e. crown royal, apple pie and cookies) The area was quiet next to downtown Houston, and many other restaurants and stores… Very comfortable beds, and perfect for our family. Definitely five stars if I could give more I would. Would stay there over & over!!!

Best rental property ever!!!

I don't even know where to start. Shortly after I booked this breath-taking property, Selina reached out to me and to ask if there were any food allergies in my group because she would be providing us snacks during our stay. Then she went above and beyond to make sure my 30th birthday stay was perfect!!! This property was beautiful. We enjoyed every room, every back drop, the beds were soooooo comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the floors were extremely clean. The decor was so mesmerizing!!! I will most definitely be staying here again and again! Thank you so much Selina!

Houston is such a diverse place and I'm happy to call it home. I wanted to find a way to share that with people near and far which is what brought about the Trilllogy rental. Known for its 3 stories in height, it also has "3 Stories" or themes. The little things are important to me so I try to incorporate that into all of my stays. I don't think any one stay is the same and I'm happy to personalize stays based on what your looking for. I am a local real estate agent so I am very well versed in local recommendations and this is my only rental so I place full attention on ensuring you have a great vacation!

Why they chose this property

This is an individualized property not a management chain, which means that you get undivided attention and detail. I like to tailor my rental to my love for Houston in many different ways. At the Trilllogy you get an experience in every suite! All bedrooms have an attached bathroom so convenience is never too far away. We are close to fun bars and foodie scenes, many of which I am happy to recommend. Staying for a longer amount of time? We are close to local zoo's, shopping centers like the Galleria, the Museum of Arts, and walking distance from Minute Maid Park/ Toyota Center! Baseball games and concerts galore!
