Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all used dishes.
Please leave the grill near and cleaned if it was used. Grill cleaning is on an Honor system. We appreciate everyone’s support in cleaning it up after use. Thank you.
Place trash in outdoor trash bin, bagged neatly and all inside the trash bin liner. We take the trash ourselves to an offsite pickup location. We don’t have a truck, we use our car or SUV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside. $200 fee if violated. This includes vaping and smoking cannabis
No pets allowed period. Violation = immediate cancellation, no refund, $350 cleaning fee. Trust us, we will know.
All trash placed in outdoor garbage bin must be bagged, and please make sure bin liner does not fall in. We take the trash offsite for disposal.

I can’t say enough nice things about this little spot and Mike, the host. The place was perfect for a getaway outside of Columbus, it was in a quiet area but still plenty to do and see within the area. When we put the address into the phone maps, it popped right up, but Mike still took the time to send a very detailed message with directions, the check-in info, and answered any questions we had before we even had them. During our stay, there were some heavy storms (nothing that affected the VRBO at all), and Mike even took the time to message me and offer extra towels or anything we could think of because he knew we were spending time outdoors and wanted to be accommodating. If you’re considering staying in the area, I would absolutely recommend this place! Thank you so much for making the stay so great

The property is very well located for visiting anywhere in the area. The property is very comfortable and has just about everything you might want. The patio was not as clean as we usually find it, but the inside was very clean. The bedrooms are very warm for a summer stay.

Excellent location for our motorcycle ride plans. Place is very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Neighborhood is very quiet.Only downside is the required insurance.

Great accommodations!

This townhouse was perfect! Great accommodations, comfy living room, nice bedrooms, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and was close to north end of Zanesville. Owner was extremely helpful and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again!
