The 115 square meters large thatched cottage "Binz" is located in the old center of Binz.

The fine sandy beach of Binz can be reached in about 15 minutes.

On the ground floor is the large living area with comfortable sofa, DVD player, flat screen TV and south-facing terrace.

Through the large living area with sofa bed on the ground floor you have direct access to the private terrace and the garden. The separate kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette and a large dining table. A guest bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with 1.80 m wide double beds, a small sofa bed and a cot and the bathroom with bath.

In the fenced garden is a barbecue area and garden furniture available.
The holiday home has a parking space under the carport.

Their dogs are welcome to vacation with you (on request and for a fee).

Heizungsausfall

Leider haben wir bereits in der ersten Nacht (Ende Januar) ohne Heizung auskommen müssen. Auch am darauffolgenden Tag fiel die Heizung aus-schade.Der Vermittler war sehr bemüht und freundlich.Wir sind dann leider spontan „umgezogen“

Die Lage und kurze Wege konnten vergessen machen, dass das Haus bei Anreise ungeputzt war.

Dem Objekt ist innen und auf der Terrasse leider die hohe Taktzahl der Gäste anzusehen. Es bedarf zum wohlfühlen schon ein paar Erneuerungen und ein wenig Liebe zum Detail. Auch sollte der Reinigungsfirma unbedingt mehr Zeit eingeräumt werden und eine WLAN Nutzung sollte nur angeboten werden, wenn sie tatsächlich funktioniert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbaren Garten!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit vernünftiger Ausstattung! Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem idyllischen Garten. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für nicht ganz perfekte Sauberkeit und schlechtes WLAN. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub aber sehr genossen und würden das Haus wieder buchen.
