Ocean Oasis is a beautiful vacation home located a short drive from the beach. It features a refreshing heated pool, 4 spacious bedrooms, and 3 modern bathrooms, offering a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for an unforgettable seaside escape.

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera above the garage looking at the front of property.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

The property is great for families as it has a lot of space, a pool and some games. There was definite wear and tear in the bathrooms and kitchen (rust in the primary bathtub, some of the kitchen drawers were roughed up and the dishwasher was not secured) but we brought our two young boys and we wouldn’t want to have a place too nice for them!

Megan made hosting easy. Respectful of the space, followed all the rules, and left things in perfect shape. I do want to point out that we are getting quotes now to repair the kitchen cabinets. We will make sure the dishwasher is secure. Thank you for a great stay!

I’m a little bummed out that we had to leave a day early due to my kids being eaten alive by fleas. They have bites all over them. First impression… we walked in to find piles of wet towels in each bathroom and the same bedding on the beds from the family that stayed before us. The beds weren’t made at l which is why I looked deeper and found hair and dirt on the sheets. There were 3 clean towels in the entire house which means we had to do laundry before we could even start our stay. The fan in the master bedroom doesn’t turn on as the cord was missing completely. I’m not a picky person. I don’t need perfection. I was just kinda bummed about those things. For the price I paid to stay there I shouldn’t have had to clean it before starting out stay.

We understand there were concerns raised about her visit, and we’ve taken them seriously. After a thorough inspection, we found no evidence of fleas in the home. In our communication with Jennifer, she mentioned the bites occurred while they were out rather than inside the property. As these concerns were not brought up during the stay, we’ve since been in touch with her directly and are working to make things right.

Beautiful home! Well kept. Would recommend staying here. No complaints aside from the pool was not working properly and we couldn’t use the first day but pool maintenance was done immediately to remedy and we were able to use it the next morning. Alan was wonderful at communicating and we were able to check in early.

Great house for a family getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. It allowed us to have a larger house so we could visit with local family and the kids loved the pool! It was so easy to get to and very close to the water, which we loved as we went for morning walks before the chaos of family!

Great Vacation

Very clean, large bedrooms plus communication with Alan was great! Close to e-bike rentals and Pinellas Bike Trail! Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, plenty of get dining for seafood!!! Plenty of State Parks for walking and gator gazing. Highly recommend this rental and area.

My family enjoyed their time and loved the pool. Pool had a wrap around step, perfect for little kids. Finishes were modest and the place was clean and spacious.

The location is perfect, the house is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped — ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends. Everything worked great during our stay, and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting around the pool area, as only one light was working and the others had broken bulbs. It wasn’t a big issue, but better lighting there would make the experience even better. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
