Beach Residence is just 40 barefoot steps from one of the best beaches in the Dominican Republic, Bávaro Beach. Centrally located to fine and casual dining , a variety of shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, cash exchange/ ATM's, gyms, spas, salons, fruit stands, bakeries, a dive shop, and so much more!

We are located right behind Zoho beach club to lounge, eat and drink on the white sands on your feet.

“The Boys of Summer rental” at Beach residence C 1 Is an elevated 1st floor condo with pool view from the balcony. This condo is fully renovated in 2022 with all new furniture , fixtures , appliances and mattresses. The living room has comfortable reclining sofa that opens directly to the balcony for the amazing breeze to the beach . We offer free Wi-Fi and smart 55” TV with US/ Canadian channels and hundreds of free new release movies . The dining room has 6 chairs for you and guests directly to the fully equipped kitchen . The kitchen has top of the line appliances with filtered water in Refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. There is also a full size washer and dryer . We also have a dedicated desk area to check in for your work . The 2 bedrooms feature therapeutic mattresses and Canopy bed. The 2 bathrooms has coral stone walk in shower and frameless glass .

Our property manager can arrange private transport from/to airport, personal chef, massages, tours, car rental and any special request to make this a memorable vacation.

Please note : You will receive a daily credit of $10 USD for electricity ( approximately 12 hours of daily AC use) . Electricity is very expensive in the DR and to keep our daily rate at minimum. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above. Most of our guests does not need to pay any additional if AC is used conservatively.

At check in and check out we read and take photo of the electricity meter. The rate is US$0.35 per kw/h.
