Host was very responsive. . House front shower was broke and my husband did a temporary fix for our stay, the house has a musty smell but other then that, it met our needs!
Our group was very happy with everything about our stay. Great place for families to stay. Look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Tulsa.
Just what we needed for my family and in laws when we stayed for the Jr. Worlds Disc Golf Tournament! Host was very responsive during our stay! House was very roomy!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. The reason I provided 4 stars for cleanliness is because the grill outside was not cleaned other than that the property was well kept and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
House was perfect and just as described. Great location for our trip. Close to Expo Center. Simple check in and owner was communicative and helpful. Will stay again when we return to Tulsa.
This property was ideal for our week long stay while working on a project in Tulsa. Plenty of bedrooms, easy access, clean, everything stocked well. Would recommend highly!
Came in to town for the horse show and the house was only 5 min away. Communication with the property manager was great, very responsive. Perfect size house for us.
Would stay there again.
Location is perfect, home is spacious, chk in was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time ! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this property for a larger group,we would rent again ,even if it was my wife and l. Top of the list here!
We rented the house with a large family group for a couple of days. The house worked out great! Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and room to hang out together. Kids enjoyed the old school nintendo! Only hick up was the entrance code, but Callie was great in helping us out. Will definitely come back!
We enjoyed our stay here, the house is just as pictured. We had 10 people stay for a week. Lots of space. Large driveway that we could park our truck and trailer plus an additional car. Great communication with Callie. We would stay here again.
We were in town for homeschool speech and debate tournament. We didn’t spend much time at the home. The listing online was a little unclear about rooms but we worked it out. The “game room” is actually one of the bedrooms. Over all we had a great trip and we would stay here again.
The overall home was perfect for our needs. There were some problems finding the home as there was road construction blocking the street to access the home and driveway. We were not made aware prior to our arrival. There was a broken chair in main dining area that needs repair, some of the bed coverings had food on them, there was no shampoos/body wash in any of the bathrooms which we had to run out at 7 am to get in preparation for our family funeral and the living room rug is very stained and dirty. Attention to these little details would have resulted in an excellent review. Kudos to the cleaning crew as the house was very clean.I would stay again if those details were taken care of.

Hi Christopher! Thanks for making aware of these issues. Yes!! The severe storms we had previous to your stay caused some sort of road issue that had to be repaired. I am sorry for the inconvenience and it has all been completed. I have let the cleaners know about the dirty blanket, rug and shampoo and conditioner. Those will be corrected. I’ve also taken care of the broken chair. Glad everything else was great and hope to earn your stay back again in the future. Cheers!
The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The kitchen sink did leak at times, and the sprayer would not switch off after it was turned on. A nylon wheel on the upper track holding one of the shower doors in place was missing. The door would fall if it were bumped. The trundle could not be removed for our use because the Fulton frame was badly bent. When we brought up these issues with Callie, she stated to have it checked out once we were gone.

The number of beds and bathroom make this listing look promising. The area rug in the living needs cleaning. The bedding corners were ripped and did not fit the bed sizes, the bath towels were at best cheap hotel quality, the utensils (forks, spoons and knives) were low restaurant quality and the pots and pans were less than garage sale quality. One pan has so much no-stick coating missing we were worried about using any of their pots and pans. The dish washer did not work and they sent a repair guy out, who said it’s fixed. Well once he departed and we used it, it did the same thing. The wash bar hitting the lower basket. We took it out and just used the top rack. We would stay here again if there were assurances these issues were corrected.

Hi Steve. I’m sorry you had these issues. When you had the dishwasher issue, we got someone out there immediately to repair but unfortunately never heard again from you. If we would have known there were reoccurring issues with it, we would have taken care of it immediately. Along with these other issues, we would have sent replacements immediately if you would have brought it to our attention at the time.
Thank you for bringing up these other concerns. I have replaced all the towels, sheets, pots and pans as well as restocked the kitchen with newer utensils. I wasn’t aware of these issues from our cleaning crew.
Our goal is to make every stay a positive one. My hope is all these improvements will help do that.
