Enjoy Steps away from JOHNS PASS, literally! This quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village in a huge attraction for locals and tourists. Enjoy a plethora of restaurants, dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and unique retailers. a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. Small gatherings of 6 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No pets allowed.

Our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment will easily accommodate up to 4 people. Sit and read a book with a water view. This apartment is located in a building with a total of 4 apartments that is just steps away from Johns Pass Village. It is located on the first level. This apartment also provides 1 assigned parking space and has a large (shared) waterfront backyard area on the ground level as well as a large courtyard.

Mad Beach

First few days were rocky but Shelley took great care of us and handle everything super professional and communication was great, we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. Hands down best vacation we have been on, minutes from shopping, food, drinks, and the beach we rented a car for the week and maybe used it 6 times you can literally walk everywhere.

Very Nice Location

This cute lil’ place is located behind John’s Pass and across the street from Madeira Beach. We saw plenty of dolphins from the rear sitting area. The place was updated nicely with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back in the future. Music plays almost every night close by, but stops around 9 or 10:00. So if you are not into that sorta thing it may not be for you, but we enjoyed it!

Great little place!!

Online pics aren't always accurate when you visit a place but this little gem was completely 100% exactly like the pics show! My husband and I rented here for the month of Feb. and it was very cozy for just the two of us. Our son's family of 3 visited for 10 days and that was a bit much for all of us. It's within minutes of walking to the beach and we were able to watch dolphins off the pier at John's Pass (across the street) everyday except 3!! Shelley was extremely quick on answering any questions I had and very responsive which was very much appreciated! We would certainly stay here again and hope to do so next year as well!
