Cozy home near family

Paul and Carolina were the easiest hosts we’ve had. Every question we had was answered immediately and our stay couldn’t have gone any better. The home was perfectly located fromOur family making it easy to babysit the grandkids! Located in a quaint quiet neighborhood close to lots of fun!

Quaint and calm

The home was very nice. It smelled great with the air freshener and bright. Great location and nice neighborhood. Each room had TVs and ceiling fans, living room had blankets to get cozy with. It was a pleasant stay, better than expected. Highly recommend.

Great stay

The listing was very accurate. Quick walk to the pool and great neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Communication was seamless with Paul! Would definitely stay here again, if life brought us back to the area.

Great Family Visit

We were in the area to visit family and chose this home for its central location. Paul and Carolina were excellent hosts. The home was clean and well-appointed. Our pup also loved the community dog park. Thanks for a great stay!

For a pet friendly home, it was nearly spotless!! It is located in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe. The home was very spacious for our family of 4 with a dog. I will probably stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Perfect Place To Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this home while visiting Florida and it didn't disappoint! Paul (host) is awesome to work with and everything is always communicated clearly. Home is clean and in a great neighborhood. The kids got to enjoy the pool this time and they loved it. We will be back again in the future! Don't hesitate to book this home with Paul! SV.

Very very happy

Location is perfect. The house is immaculate very well equipped for cooking or hosting a dinner. Short walk to the pool safe neighborhood near stores near St Leo University. The manager was excellent. He got back to us immediately. No issues. I would definitely stay there again highly recommend.

Wonderful Rental

While I was by myself on this trip, this would be a great rental for a family. Beautiful furnished house, very clean, and quiet location. Good communication with owner. Only complaint is none of the house numbers on the street are lit (most appear to be over the garage) and I couldn't find the house when I initially arrived in the dark. Again, not limited to just this house. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Great house, great area

Everything was so clean & well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I would suggest is hand towels in the bathrooms. Owner was very prompt with responses!! We would definitely stay again.

Great fit!

This home was just what we were looking for on our recent trip to Zephyrhills. We often visit family in the area and decided that this year we would like to have our own place for the week. The home is conveniently located to gas stations, supermarkets, and Planet Fitness. Day trips with the family to Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, and the Hard Rock Casino we’re less stressful as we knew we had our quiet home to return to at the end of each day. Most days we took advantage of stopping to relax by the pool which is located in the neighborhood. So much to like about this experience -the keyless entry, starter items such as dish soap, paper towels in the kitchen ( which is well stocked) also added to the relaxed atmosphere of the trip. If you’re on the fence about doing a VRBO experience this property would be a great opportunity for you. Paul is great about checking in with you and answering any questions that you might have throughput your stay. Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Zephyrhills!

Golf Getaway with friends

Our stay was great and the hosts were very responsive to every question we gave them. Property was as described; clean, comfortable and centrally located to the golf courses we wanted to play. I recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area.
