Cozy home near family

Paul and Carolina were the easiest hosts we’ve had. Every question we had was answered immediately and our stay couldn’t have gone any better. The home was perfectly located fromOur family making it easy to babysit the grandkids! Located in a quaint quiet neighborhood close to lots of fun!

Great stay

The listing was very accurate. Quick walk to the pool and great neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Communication was seamless with Paul! Would definitely stay here again, if life brought us back to the area.

Great Fla getaway

Great house, great area

Everything was so clean & well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I would suggest is hand towels in the bathrooms. Owner was very prompt with responses!! We would definitely stay again.

Great Cozy Home!

We had a nice stay at this cozy home while visiting family in Wesley Chapel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed the neighborhood park which was within walking distance. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home to any family visiting the Zephyrhills/Wesley Chapel area.

Clean Brand New Home

This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! Our host (Paul) was very responsive and communicated clearly. This home is very clean, nicely laid out for our family of 5 and in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a week in Tampa, Orlando and the surrounding areas. It was the perfect home to come back to after a long day of touring the area. I would definitely to stay here again when we are back in the area!!!

Wonderful Rental

While I was by myself on this trip, this would be a great rental for a family. Beautiful furnished house, very clean, and quiet location. Good communication with owner. Only complaint is none of the house numbers on the street are lit (most appear to be over the garage) and I couldn't find the house when I initially arrived in the dark. Again, not limited to just this house. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Zephyerhills House

This is an adorable house, super clean, and has a perfect layout. We loved that it was pet friendly, even to a cat! They decorated very nicely and it felt like being home. They had a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs for everyone. It was a 3-minute walk around the corner. The owner was so easy to communicate with and when the ice maker broke, he. bought us an ice machine to use until the repair guy could come out. Anything in his control was taken care of! Out of his control were all the construction workers and the parking behind the driveway. Also for some reason, people in the neighborhood tend to park across the sidewalks. It made walking the dog a pain because you are in and out of the street. Once again, the house and owner were fabulous, and I am sure the construction will be done very soon. Nice little suburb area.

Nice Weekend Getaway

We had a fabulous weekend with our boys! Plenty of space for the four of us, along with being conveniently located to the Lagoons we were visiting. Communication was easy as well. Would definitely recommend if you are needing a place in the area. Thank you :-)

Great Experience. Great House

We stayed in town to visit family and this house was perfect! The house was clean and host was super communicative. We did have a slight issue getting in due to wrong code but the host was super quick to message back. The drive into Tampa for shopping wasn’t too bad and we had a great week!

This was an amazing house!!

We we're so very happy with this house. The nicest home ever, very true to the description! It is in a very nice neighborhood and felt very safe.Check in and out was very easy and the communication with the host was amazing. Now that our son and wife live very close to the house, we will be definitely staying here again.

Quaint and calm

The home was very nice. It smelled great with the air freshener and bright. Great location and nice neighborhood. Each room had TVs and ceiling fans, living room had blankets to get cozy with. It was a pleasant stay, better than expected. Highly recommend.
