Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in our well-kept house in a sunny, central location with a wonderful mountain view. In the middle of a magnificent high mountain landscape, framed by the Karwendel, Wetterstein and Zugspitz massifs, we offer our guests two high-quality, comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 1-4 people. All apartments have separate living rooms and bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, shower / toilet and balconies on the south side. Parking spaces are at the house.

Our apartment Zugspitze is completely new and has 2 separate bedrooms for 4 people, as well as a storage room for. B. for your suitcases. You can also expect a comfortable Bavarian-style living room with a kitchenette (kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, etc.), a cozy dining area and a TV corner with a sofa / sofa bed. It has an Internet DSL connection, telephone, stereo system, clock radio, radio and cable TV / flat screen. You can also look forward to a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a balcony that invites you to linger and enjoy a view of the Alpine panorama. Alternatively, you can use our garden to relax, have a coffee or have a barbecue. Our greatest wish is that your most beautiful days of the year become an unforgettable vacation experience. Quiet getaway with Bavarian feel

Our family of 4 (two teenagers) stay 3 nights at Christines home. Communication was excellent with her children able to assist with English if Christine is not able to understand. The house and apartment are fantastic and exactly what we wanted to experience in Bavaria. It is nicely located near Mittenwald and Garmisch. Our kids and I wish we stayed a week. Hopefully one day we will return. Thanks

One of a kind Apartment.

Schöne große Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig und komfortabel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in der Küche und dem Rest der Wohnung. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und sehr günstig gelegen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Frau Sperer, unser Gastgeber, war sehr informativ und hilfreich, wenn nötig. Vielen Dank. Würde gerne wieder dort übernachten, sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein. ******* Beautiful large apartment with a great view of the mountain. Very quiet and comfortable with all conveniences availability in the kitchen and the rest of the apartment . Grocery stores are near by and very conveniently located. We really enjoyed are stay.
