The RESIDENCE at the GUTSHAUS in Dewichow is a residential complex in the Achterland of the island of Usedom. Here in the quiet and natural hinterland between Achterwasser, Balmer lake and Krienker lake, walks and hikes offer a unique beauty. The nearby golf course offers a great variety for all sports enthusiasts. As a guest of one of our apartments you will receive a reduced green fee. For your holiday in the residence at the manor Dewichow we offer you apartments with 2 and 3 rooms and a cottage, with balcony or terrace, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. A barbecue is available for free use. A public swimming area can be reached in a few minutes. On request, we provide a bed and high chair for children up to 2 years. For a small fee you use our washing machine and dryer.

The apartment Naturgenuss is located on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. The spacious living room and the terrace are in a sunny south / west facing position. From the terrace leads directly to the adjacent natural plot. In addition to the clear sea air, this offers a wonderful view of the Krienker See.
