Peaceful bungalow
Great little house in a quiet neighborhood right on Broad Street in downtown Augusta. Served us well during basketball tournament. Seven minute drive from Riverview Park Activities Center. Had everything we needed, including washer and dryer, dishes, plenty of towels, etc. Nicely decorated, and welcome beverages in the fridge. Just pay attention to the cleaning fee…it was almost as much as our 8 night stay!!

My husband and I are long term residents of Augusta - both in Richmond and Columbia counties. We are happy to provide restaurant recommendations if requested.

Why they chose this property

Location. Location. Location! If you are in Augusta as a contract/travel health care, cybersecurity or IT professional, the location of this home is phenomenal. It is comfortable and quiet. It is close to all the best restaurants downtown. It’s a convenient straight shot to the Augusta National as well.

What makes this property unique

Charming and historic 80 year old home with original hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and two of the three bedrooms. It has original details throughout.
