Villa Kras is located in a beautiful location, 7km away from the sea in a small picturesque village of Kras, a green oasis for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Your whole family will enjoy it. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area and garden.

The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional, and you will find everything you need for your stay. On the ground floor there is equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. One bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom is on the ground floor, while 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The house is built on a beautiful private property of 2000m2, which is entirely at your disposal. The property is covered with Mediterranean vegetation.

Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers as well as the parasols are available. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house.

Ferienhaus

Leider fehlten im Ferienhaus einige wichtige Sachen. ZBsp. Kehrbesen und Schaufel, Putzlappen…..Sektgläser ect. Am Kleiderschrank ist die Türe aus der Verankerung gerissen und auf den Fuß meiner Tochter gefallen! Auch der Sprühschlauch (nachts 24.00Uhr ) konnte nicht verstellt werden! Die Terrasse und Möbel waren durchnässt. Insgesamt ein sehr aufregender Urlaub, den wir trotzdem genossen haben.

Tolle Villa mit Einschränkungen

Wir waren 10 Tage in Kroatien in der Villa in Kras. An und für sich ist es eine schöne große Villa mit großem Außenbereich. Jedoch gab es ein paar Dinge, die das Urlaubsfeeling etwas trübten: - zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten und Schränke in den Zimmern und Bädern, - eine der Duschwannen war kaputt und es stank durchgehend nach Abfluss, - kaputte Fliesen im Terrassenbereich, - die Abdeckungen der Bullaugen im Pool lösten sich während unseres Aufenthaltes ab, - scharfe Kanten vom Abfluss des Pool (die Kinder hatten 2x blutige Cuts in den Zehen und durften dann nur noch mit Badeschuhen in den Pool) - es fehlten Glühbirnen im Haus, Lampen funktionierten teilweise nicht... Wenn die erforderlichen Reparaturen erfolgen, würden wir diese Villa aber wahrscheinlich wieder buchen. Es ist einfach schön, einen privaten Pool mit nicht einsehbarem Grundstück zu haben. Und von Kras aus lassen sich Unternehmungen in sämtliche Richtungen der Insel durchführen.

Quiet location, lovely pool

Had a great time for our 10 day holiday. Facilities were good. My only comment would be that the kitchen could be better equipped. Our contact, Marco, was very helpful during our stay
