About this property

Our modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a plasma TV in high definition and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom- both equipped with rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 1 memory foam floor mattress (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Stay

It was a very nice place, centrally located and easy to get around to places we needed to get to. Everything worked well in the apartment once we figured it out. No car, which was great. We walked everywhere. Spent one week, which was probably one or two days too long. There was only about one to two hours of sun light the entire time. Did not really care fore that. Take the underground tour and go see some good comedy.

Cross Country Visit

We needed a place to stay while we visited our son who recently relocated to Seattle from NYS. Because he lives in a small apartment, we needed a convenient location where we could keep ourselves busy during his work day and close enough to his place. The secure parking garage was a bonus! We felt safe inside the building (security) and while exploring the area outside. We walked to Pike Place Market every day! The baseball stadium and Space Needle are a short, 5-minute drive (though I believe there is public transportation as well). The living space was clean and well-maintained. Ashley met us upon our arrival; friendly, informative, and thorough. We would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay in the heart of Seattle.
