We had a great stay at this cabin in mid-August. Although it was rainy, we found lots to do nearby and found the cabin had everything we needed for meals in and relaxing. Beautiful spot, and great hosts!
We had a great stay at Little Bear Lodge! Josh was super communicative and helpful, and the place was in a great location near Mt Snow. We loved it and are planning to return next year!
Loved this place! Host was very responsive with our requests. The space is perfect, very comfortable beds and loved the blankets. They had all amenities for cooking and the Nespresso was pergEnjoyed the location, close to restaurants and adorable stores.
Our 3rd stay at Josh's house was great. Perfect setup and location for a ski weekend. Josh is incredibly nice and communicative. Will be back next season.
Josh and Kalina's home is beautiful - our kids didn't want to leave! Everything was thought out, there was no stone un-turned! We will definitely be back!!
First time at Josh's property and it certainly met our expectations. The setting was clean and cozy. Great amenities, comfortable beds (kids loved the bunk beds) and towels, and very close to Mount Snow. Josh is very friendly, and communicative. His dining recommendations were also great and helpful. We will certainly be back.
The property was beautiful. Easy to get to all 3 skiing mountains in the area. The cottage was excellent and plenty of room. Clean, organized, and very well decorated. Felt right all home and comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Cozy, well-stocked property in charming area of Vermont!
We've stayed several places in Vermont, and this was by far our favorite. The home was spacious, yet cozy and was well stocked with all the comforts one would look for on vacation. In addition, the homeowner was extremely helpful. We can't wait to go back!
After a short visit to Southern Vermont, I really wanted to spend some time there. I got lucky and found this place. I stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it.
It is as nice as advertised...maybe nicer. The main floor is comfortable and spacious; I really like the open-plan w/ the island. And the kitchen is fully-equipped. Coffee provided.
The 2 bedrooms on the lower floor are comfortable and the bathroom down there is also very nice. Ask Josh to send you to see Mark, the woodworker who built one of the beds. He has other beautiful work as well.
I happened to be there during a hot spell and though there's no AC (not uncommon in those parts) it was still very comfortable with a couple of fans. The downstairs, two sides of which are built-into the hill, was up to 10 degrees cooler at times. I was a little leery of their being no AC, but I didn't miss it even on the hottest days.
This was a working stay, so I spent a lot of time in the house. But I also spent plenty of time riding my bike through gorgeous woods on roads and trails, or sitting in the Adirondack chairs, watching the stars -- first time I'd seen the Milky Way in a long time.
Josh, Kalina, and Rio did a fantastic job on this place. It gets my highest recommendation! They were also very nice and helpful.
