A beautiful 115sqm studio apartment, located in the courtyard, formerly a hayloft with six beds. There are three of them on levels that lead up a wooden staircase to the owl hole. Children especially have fun here!

There is a child's cot in the spacious double room. The large living room with fireplace, and old beams offers many opportunities for retreat with small seating areas. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It opens into the living area with its dining area and offers an unforgettable view of an old pear tree, which houses a sea of white climbing roses in June.

The two-leaf front door opens to a small romantic covered balcony, surrounded by ivy and a place to dream.

This apartment also has a separate staircase.
