Just switch off at Appartement Hell

We are located in Aufkirchen, about 1.5 km from the center of Dobbiaco. Our new apartment in a very quiet location offers a breathtaking view of the Dolomites with sun terrace. We have 2 bedrooms. One room with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed and an optional extra bed. Another sleeping possibility is on the comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen. The indicated prices refer to the apartment with an occupancy of 4 persons. For each additional person over 4 years (maximum occupancy is 6 people) we charge a surcharge of € 20.00. Our spacious kitchen is the heart of the apartment. We offer a day toilet and a bathroom with shower. We also offer a bread delivery service at an additional cost. A laundry service is also available for a surcharge. Of course we also have a guest parking. The legal local tax is € 1.35 per overnight stay for persons over 14 years. The obligatory final cleaning will be charged with € 45,00.

Best stay ever

This place is the one of my best. Beautiful house, and Amazing view. Host is super kind. I will definitely come back here for Dolomites. We are so comfortable to stay this place..

Nice modern apartment with Stunning view on the mountains

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean, modern and functional furnished and equipped. The beds are very good. The big windows and terrace give a perfect view on the mountains. It's like a living painting. Even though the family with 4 kids live on the floors under the apartment, there was never a lot of noise. Its a 30 min walk or 5 min drive by car down to the village Toblach for groceries and dining. Its a good location for exploring the beatiful Dolomites. We would like to return another time during winter.

Fabulous

Our stay was here was a definite highlight of our trip to Italy. The property was beautiful and close to town for walking and light shopping. The views from the deck were just breathtaking. The hosts were delightful and attentive. This trip was myself ( mom ) and my adult son. A larger family would also feel very comfortable staying here. My one regret is not having the fresh bread option delivered daily. I can only imagine how wonderful it would have been! Thank you for a lovely 3 day stay. I will absolutely return. Hopefully next time, my husband can join too.

Phantastisch

Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung. Alles modern und sehr solide gemacht. Der Gastgeber wohnt mit im Haus und kümmert sich um alles. Wir waren dort zum Skifahren, 3 Zinnen und vor allem auch Cortina sind nahe an der Unterkunft und phantastische Skigebiete. Einzig der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist noch sehr ausbaufähig, ohne Auto oder Bike kommt man nur sehr langsam voran. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung gut, die gibt es bis jetzt noch nicht.

Um belo apartamento com vista esplêndida das Domitas

Não tenho palavras para elogiar este imóvel. Limpo, completo, com todas as comodidades possíveis, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas e muito limpas. E a vista então ?!!! Que vista, inicialmente iríamos ficar em Cortina ao invés de Dobbiaco , mas ainda bem que escolhi esta pequena vila nas Dolomitas. A cidade é maravilhosa e a Nádia é Simon, proprietários, representam todas as pessoas simpáticas da cidade . Simplesmente amamos !

Wundervolle Aussicht in schöner geräumiger FeWo

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der CheckIn verlief problemlos. Traumhafte Südlage mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein paar Bücher zur Region und eine Spielesammlung runden die Ausstattung ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

All'arrivo abbiamo incontrato la proprietaria, una persona davvero gentile e disponibile. La casa era davvero incantevole. Molto pulita, essenziale e con una bella vista sulle montagne. Era provvista di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati davvero bene e se torneremo nella zona penseremo sicuramente a ricontattare questa struttura.

Wir haben eine gut gelaunte Woche als Familie mit vier Personen in der FeWo verbracht. Raumaufteilung, maßgefertigte Möblierung und die übrige Ausstattung sorgen für optimale Urlaubsvoraussetzungen - der Blick auf die Dolomiten im lichtdurchfluteten Wohnbereich ist einzigartig. Tolle Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick
