This beautiful 2-bedroom condo sits on the ground level of building 8, with direct access to the pool path from your large covered terrace. With a King bed in the primary and a King bed / 2 Single beds in the second bedroom, this condo has great flexibility for couples or families! Building #8 is one of the only buildings in PACIFICO that doesn’t sit directly on the pools so you can enjoy peace and tranquility in your outdoor space but be at the pools in just a few steps.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Enter the unit into the spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar seating for 3. The kitchen has been perfectly equipped for your vacation or dine out at one of the many restaurants in the area! Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a shower stall and the first bedroom. This room has 2 single beds that can be converted to a King bed, plus a large closet and a TV with cable.

The main living area has a dining table that seats 6. This leads into the comfortable living area with a sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. Just beyond the living room is the covered terrace that overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds. This area has an additional dining table with seating for 4 – perfect for dining al fresco or game night! Off the living space is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed, TV with cable, and ensuite bathroom with a large shower stall and two vanities.

This condo has a gate that opens from the terrace to the walking path that leads to the pools and PACIFICO grounds. There is ample parking at the building, as well as a complimentary golf cart charging station in the parking area.
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
