About this property

Our holiday home (45 sqm), built in 2019, is located in the village of Sannerud in the heart of Tiveden. Lake Unden is only 200m away and the Tivedens National Park is only 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find unspoilt nature, well signposted hiking, cycling and horse riding trails that start right outside the front door and fantastic swimming spots.
Freshly roasted coffee and cakes are just a stone's throw away, and a bistro is part of the ensamble. The small country shop and a small fine restaurant (shop with the essentials of daily life) is also just a few steps away.
Our house is ideal for 2 persons. Attached to the modern bathroom is a small sauna.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped (cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher,...). There is no TV, but the view from the window makes up for that ;).
An initial supply of towels and bed linen is included, you have to bring your own bath and sauna towels.
Our house has underfloor heating and can be rented all year round.

Leuk huisje

Het was even zoeken naar het sleutelkastje. Eigenaar gesproken en die zou ervoor zorgen dat er folders van de omgeving zouden komen. Dat is ook gebeurd. Wifi is alleen in de slaapkamer goed. In de kamer bijna geen ontvangst en buiten op terras geen bereik. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding aan de hoge kant. Wij hebben tijdens onze rondreis van 4 weken mooiere schonere huizen gehad voor lagere prijs. Pluspunt is wel dat er een zakje koffie staat van het nabijgelegen landtwinkel.

Urlaub im Tiveden

Wir haben die Tage im Ferienhaus von Ralf und Nina sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Sauna war sehr schön, besonders nach den Wanderungen im Naturreservat. Sehr angenehm im Herbst. Ansonsten sehr ruhig, sehr entspannend. Wer Natur liebt, Ruhe sucht und ein gemütliches, komfortables Haus sucht ist hier genau richtig 👍

Perfektes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen, sauberen, mit allem, was man braucht ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Der nahe Nationalpark ist absolut empfehlenswert für tolle Touren.

Eine beschauliche Hütte in der Nähe des Tiveden Nationalpark

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Gegend zum Urlauben. Das Haus hat Seeblick und eine schöne Sauna. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend Platz. Sehr nah am Tiveden Nationalpark, in dem man schön wandern, Kanufahren und auch MTB - Touren machen kann. Und ein Lautwandel mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln ist gleich um die Ecke.
