About this property

Cottage in the heart of Tiveden with lake Unden view and Sauna

Our holiday home (45 sqm), built in 2019, is located in the village of Sannerud in the heart of Tiveden. Lake Unden is only 200m away and the Tivedens National Park is only 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find unspoilt nature, well signposted hiking, cycling and horse riding trails that start right outside the front door and fantastic swimming spots.
The small country shop and a small fine restaurant (shop with the essentials of daily life) is also just a few steps away.
Our house is ideal for 2 persons. Attached to the modern bathroom is a small sauna.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped (cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher,...). There is no TV, but the view from the window makes up for that ;).
An initial supply of towels and bed linen is included, you have to bring your own bath and sauna towels.
Our house has underfloor heating and can be rented all year round.

Great location

A beautiful cosy home in the perfect location. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's in a great location with a couple of places to eat and easy to get to national parks and beauty spots. We really enjoyed our time here.

Liebe Nina,Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Unterkunft! Es war uns ein Vergnügen, bei Ihnen zu gastieren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und die bequemen Betten. Die Sauna nach den Wanderungen war eine Wohltat.Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wow!

Unser Urlaub in dem Häuschen war traumhaft! Durch die liebevolle Einrichtung haben wir uns ab Sekunde Eins wohlgefühlt. In dem Häuschen fehlt es an nichts - die Küche ist super ausgestattet (sowohl mit Kochutensilien als auch mit Gewürzen und Co.) für gemütliche Kochabende. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See bei einer frischen Tasse Kaffee (danke dafür!) ist eines der vielen Highlights des Häuschens. Durch die etwas abgelegene Lage und die Nähe zum Nationalpark Tividen war es für uns der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Ferienhaus in Sannerud mit Blick auf den Unden

Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus fünf wunderschöne Tage mit Besuch im Nationalpark Tiveden, baden im Unden und Ausflügen in die Umgebung. 5 Tage waren definitiv zu wenig. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter Ralph und Nina. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und euch als sehr angenehme Menschen kennengelernt. Wir kommen wieder und bleiben länger. Ferienhaus am See mit Top-Ausstattung

Ein Traum. Nach 13h Anfahrt mit dem Auto kamen wir an und waren überwältigt von der Lage dieses Ferienhauses. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Entspannung pur mir allen Annehmlichkeiten (Sauna, Blick auf den See und absolute Ruhe). Wer mal eine Auszeit braucht ist hier genau richtig! Die Nähe zum Nationalpark und größeren Seen war sehr gut zum wandern und baden. Weiter zu empfehlen sind der Göta-Kanal und eine Elch-Safari. Wir können nur positives berichten und allen einen schönen Aufenthalt wünschen.

Leuk huisje

Het was even zoeken naar het sleutelkastje. Eigenaar gesproken en die zou ervoor zorgen dat er folders van de omgeving zouden komen. Dat is ook gebeurd. Wifi is alleen in de slaapkamer goed. In de kamer bijna geen ontvangst en buiten op terras geen bereik. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding aan de hoge kant. Wij hebben tijdens onze rondreis van 4 weken mooiere schonere huizen gehad voor lagere prijs. Pluspunt is wel dat er een zakje koffie staat van het nabijgelegen landtwinkel.

Urlaub im Tiveden

Wir haben die Tage im Ferienhaus von Ralf und Nina sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, die Sauna war sehr schön, besonders nach den Wanderungen im Naturreservat. Sehr angenehm im Herbst. Ansonsten sehr ruhig, sehr entspannend. Wer Natur liebt, Ruhe sucht und ein gemütliches, komfortables Haus sucht ist hier genau richtig 👍

Perfektes Haus in toller Umgebung

Eine beschauliche Hütte in der Nähe des Tiveden Nationalpark

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Gegend zum Urlauben. Das Haus hat Seeblick und eine schöne Sauna. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend Platz. Sehr nah am Tiveden Nationalpark, in dem man schön wandern, Kanufahren und auch MTB - Touren machen kann. Und ein Lautwandel mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln ist gleich um die Ecke.

Wunderschönes Appartement

Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Im tollen Doppelbett sehr ruhig und prima geschlafen. Da es regnerisch war, haben wir die kleine Sauna genutzt und genossen. Vllt wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung ganz sinnvoll : ) . Es gibt fußläufig eine Bade-/Anlegestelle am schönen Unden-See. Der wilde Tiveden-Nationalpark ist in der Nähe, mit dem Auto ca. 15 - 20 Min. je nach Wanderparkplatz oder Startpunkt. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Hofladen mit Cafe und Luripompa ein kleines Restaurant. Sannerud ist ein kleines Dorf mit den typischen Holzhäusern und einer besichtungswerten Kirche. Es war sehr schön, trotz kapriziösem Wetter.

Schönes kleines Holzhaus mit Sauna

Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein Highlight war die Sauna, wunderbar für kalte Abende. Der Lanthandel um die Ecke war praktisch für den kleinen Einkauf und hatte ein großes Angebot an Käse und Wurst . Das selbstgebackene Brot war phantastisch. Der nahegelegene Nationalpark war mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fantastisk lille hytte

Virkelig charmerende lille sted, i fredelige omgivelser. Der er alt det mest nødvendige i hytten, plus en skøn sauna. Man kunne godt ønske sig lidt mere køkkenudstyr (fade, skåle). Landhandlen er fantastisk, og sælger både dagligvarer og delikatesser. Fungerer desuden som en lille bar/café/restaurant.

Schwedenurlaub nicht ganz einsam

Schönes, komfortables Ferienhaus im Dorfkern mit angenehmer gastronomischer Anbindung und tagsüber Publikumsverkehr. Stille Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse. Glasklarer, großer See in 10 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr freundliche, zugewandte, immer ansprechbare Vermieter.
