The apartment has a double bedroom, a single room with extra bed and a desk. (All beds 90X200 cm). A living room, a kitchen and a shower room with natural light. The bedrooms have external blinds. The living room has a TV with cable connection and DVD and a radio-CD combination. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a cozy dining area. If laundry is required and needs to be washed, a washing machine can be used upon agreement. The apartment is on the first floor of the house from here you have a nice view of the garden. 

Renovated in 2017, this cozy, modern, non-smoking holiday apartment is located in the heart of the town of Leer.(Walk to the city center and train station 12 minutes). In less than 100 meters away you get fresh bread from the bakery, connect to the Dollard route or you can go shopping in the nearby shopping mall with supermarket, drugstore and various clothing stores and pharmacy and restaurants.

Stadturlaub in Ostfriesland

Wir haben in der gut gelegenen Wohnung ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Sie liegt ruhig nur 20 Min. Fussweg von der Innenstadt entfernt und nur 10 Minuten von einem grossen Einkaufszentrum. Alles nötige ist vorhandem, Parkplätze sind kein Problem.Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin.

Tolle Tage in Ostfriesland

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag etwas unternehmen. Der Leeraner Hafen mit Promenade ist sehr sehenswert und liegt dazu auch relativ in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt lädt zum bummeln ein und an jeder Ecke befinden sich schöne Kneipen und Restaurants. Einmal waren wir Paddeln bei „Paddel und Pedal“ auch das war sehr schön. Bei einigen Touren muss man allerdings aufgrund der Tiden gut planen oder wie wir, ein tidenunabhängiges Ziel aussuchen. Wir haben zudem Ausflüge ans Meer gemacht. Einmal humorusiel mit Schiffsfahrt und anschließenden strandbesuch. Der Strand dort ist echt toll. Und einmal nach Dangast dort waren wir am Strand und am Abend bei einer Wattwanderung. Und am letzten Abend waren wir in Norddeich bei der Seehundstation. Alles tolle Ziele, aber die Fahrt dorthin nahm auch immer ca eine Stunde in Anspruch. Ohne Auto hätten wir nicht annähernd so viel erlebt.

Hübsche Wohnung in guter Lage

Diese Wohnung war für uns als Familie super geeignet. Keine Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung (nur von der Eingangstür zur Wohnungstür), perfekt für die kleineren Kinder. Unkomplizierter, netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Toll auch der Schlüsseltresor für eine unkomplizierte Ankunft. Vielen Dank. :-)

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft mit maritimen Flair

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, hell und mit Liebe eingerichtet.. und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Wunderbar!
