The RESIDENCE at the GUTSHAUS in Dewichow is a residential complex in the Achterland of the island of Usedom. Here in the quiet and natural hinterland between Achterwasser, Balmer lake and Krienker lake, walks and hikes offer a unique beauty. The nearby golf course offers a great variety for all sports enthusiasts. As a guest of one of our apartments you will receive a reduced green fee. For your holiday in the residence at the manor Dewichow we offer you apartments with 2 and 3 rooms and a cottage, with balcony or terrace, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. A barbecue is available for free use. A public swimming area can be reached in a few minutes. On request, we provide a bed and high chair for children up to 2 years. For a small fee you use our washing machine and dryer.

WE 11 dream vacation:
The apartment dream holiday is located in a terraced house and spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the large living and cooking area with a terrace overlooking the green garden and overlooking the backwaters and a bathroom. Upstairs is the second bathroom and the two bedrooms.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr zu empfehlen: ich war mit meinen 3 Kinder im Alter von 5-9 Jahren dort. Man hat viel Platz, angenehm sind die 2 Bäder und die Tatsache, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt, die in der oberen Etage liegen, während der Wohn-/Ess-Bereich im Erdgeschoss liegt. Das Haus liegt weitab vom Touristentrubel. Nachteilig ist, dass es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt, dafür aber einen gut funktionierenden Brötchenservice. Im Haus müssten manche Geräte erneuert werden: Der Staubsauger saugt nicht mehr wirklich. Der Toaster müsste dringend erneuert werden. Zudem gab es zwar einen Besen, aber keinen Handfeger und keine Kehrschaufel. Dennoch: insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
