The RESIDENCE at the GUTSHAUS in Dewichow is a residential complex in the Achterland of the island of Usedom. Here in the quiet and natural hinterland between Achterwasser, Balmer lake and Krienker lake, walks and hikes offer a unique beauty. The nearby golf course offers a great variety for all sports enthusiasts. As a guest of one of our apartments you will receive a reduced green fee. For your holiday in the residence at the manor Dewichow we offer you apartments with 2 and 3 rooms and a cottage, with balcony or terrace, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. A barbecue is available for free use. A public swimming area can be reached in a few minutes. On request, we provide a bed and high chair for children up to 2 years. For a small fee you use our washing machine and dryer.

The "House Waterkant" is a detached holiday house with 3 rooms which are divided over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area for 6 people, a sofa bed and armchairs and a bathroom with shower. In the 1. OG are the 2 bedrooms with double beds, the second bathroom with tub and toilet. The terrace is furnished and offers a beautiful lake view.

Sauber, groß und gut

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten (ideal für Hunde) die aber bitte an der Leine zu halten sind. Keiner Badebereich in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen...ideal für Kleinkinder (mit einem kleinen Spielplatz). Sehr viel Natur (auch Mücken)...sonst ist ausser dem Fernsehen (Programme gehen teilweise nicht) alles gut. Eine Bitte, für Ortsunkundige sind nur im Hausprospekt einige Vorschläge...diese sollten hinsichtlich Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten überarbeitet werden...Vielen Dank
