and beaches is ideal for a romantic gateway or a memorable family stay. The Villa and
its inviting terrace are surrounded by a spectacular 2,500 m2 luxuriant garden with its
relaxing pool and playing field. Enjoy morning walks in the lavish garden, soothing after
beach swim, “apéro” on the terrasse’s lounge, and restful evening under the stars of
your own private Villa.
The space
The comfortable refreshed open-air Villa has new living and dining room furniture, and a
fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, private bathroom,
a ceiling fan, and an air conditioner. The rest of the Villa is cooled by ceiling fans. Extra
sleeping spaces includes 1 new sofa which converts into a queen size bed in the living
room, and a converted mezzanine with 1 queen size bed. The new mezzanine has
thigh-high slanted ceilings and a ladder access. There is 8 seats dining table and a
lounge area on the terrasse. The Villa is equipped with wireless high speed/optic fiber internet, back up electricity inverter,TV, washing machine and a BBQ.
Guest access
The Villa is located in a Las Terrenas peaceful gated community at proximity (1.1 Km)
of all town services, attractions and beaches (3.1 KM). Although those places are in a
relatively short distance from the Villa it is a bit far to walk. We can assist in organizing
taxi service for your daily rides, and quads, scooters rentals. Massages on the property, and a local chef at your service can be arranged at your own expense.
Other things to note
-As for several properties in Las Terrenas, the Electricity consumption will be
calculated and to be paid at the end of the stay.
- It is not a party location. Loud and outdoor music are not allowed at any hour of the
day and the residence should be calm after 10 pm.
- The gardener is coming regularly for the pool and garden maintenance. If you want to postpone his visits just send us a note.
